This weekend was of course a treat for all the French people as 14/07 is our national bastille day and 15/07 victory day!

A memorable year ;-)

But for me it was all mixed!

I was on a small trip to Barcelona!

On 14th, until noon I was all okay and around 12h I got to know my purse was stolen with around 150 euros!

Luckily I never put my cards and docs in!

So went to police and did complain and had a sleep to relax as money was not a fact but the feeling of being stolen was terrible.

I still can don't mind for the money as I can take it as if I donated it but I wish I get my empty purse which is my fav with the packet of bindi in it!

End of sad story!

Then the rest of the trip went amazingly as making a complaint sheet itself relaxed my mind.

And coming to the world cup!

I wanted at least to see the 2nd part!

My bad luck, I was in flight even around 5h40 as there was a delay!

But my luck, I was updated regularly by my insta brother and my man!

And got to the last 10 mins and then enjoyed the rest of the evening with my sis.

So it was an adventurous weekend for me and an enjoyable weekend for all the FRENCH!

Sorry to hear about the theft, I hope you didn't get hurt. I can understand about losing your favorite purse.

unfortunate timing having your return flight at the time of the match, but happy you caught the final whistle.

How did you find Barcelona? that's what I love about Europe, you can easily go from country to another.

Would love to see the photos.

Still feeling bad for my little baby pink purse but yup, got out of it sooner than I thought Heee

Luckily I could witness France win!

And it was a happy moment.

Apart from the thieves there, Barcelona is a big place to visit!

Sunglasses is a must!

Need 1 week to take time and explore the places just inside Barcelona.

Beautiful and lovely architectures.

Especially the Sagrada Familia, a church that is being constructed for more than 100+ years!

Need to there early the morning or late in the afternoon to the sun shine through the colorful glasses there.

All the monuments of the great Gaudi is an exception to see at least once.

Well! I was lucky enough that I could see the sun set in Church, sun rise in beach and empty corridors in the Parc Guell.

A lot of interesting things to discover.

Not only in visiting but also in tasting.

Paella! Speciality of Barcelona is something to taste! And that is one of my fav dish since the time I tasted it in 2003 or 2004.

And now when I had the chance to have it the country itself, well it was the starting point and the end point of our trip ;-)

And the taste of the original paella is just Amazing!

I could just write a big blog on everything.

Will do it in my photo session LOL

But you joined me as me too lost mine best senti one in Rome... Barcelona and Rome are famous albeit being the natural museums..

Good you had a trip... Good to see France win.. It was all the more wonderful to see Eiffel flickering to her full glory and beauty which doesn't happens always.

Something that will stay in mind but will not affect anythings! LOL

So how was ROME!

You know one thing, I am going to Florence in October and thought why not go 1 day to Rome but then the idea of Pise came, so now doing 1 and half day in Florence and 1 day in Pise to see the TOWER!

Hope this time all goes well LOL

And I agree totaly

It was indeed an adventurous weekend with full of glory and smiles all over the places!

Even now the effect is still there ;-)
