How can Imli accept Vivaan back?

Today's olv where Vidhi confirms that the doctor manipulated the reports which he confirmed in front of her so that also confirms that this child is Vivaan's so surely that means Imvaan will get back together in the future.

I was disgusted at Vivaan's behaviour today he treated Imli like a doormat. If you were told by three doctors that you were impotent and your wife suddenly became pregnant any man would think she cheated on him but the way he insulted her and will do in front of the whole village it purely unethical and makes me feel sick. Cheating on your partner is disgusting and in no way do I support such immoral, shameless and indecent behaviour (Imli has not done any of this) but there were other methods to deal with this rather than degrading a woman so much.

Vivaan has called Imli characterless, accused her of sleeping with Suraj, put a knife to her neck, kicked her out of the haveli in a very insulting manner, ruined her reputation in front of the whole village by calling her characterless and accusing her of sleeping with Suraj and broke each and every relation with her.

After Vivaan finds out that he is the father he will just say "come" and Imli will come running back to him blabbering about their so called "saccha pyaar" when there is zero trust between them. I just don't understand how can any woman accept a man like Vivaan back into her life? (Thank god that Chakor did not get married to this douchebag and the bride swap happened). Vivaan has just used Imli like a doormat and she has no self respect in front of him. He can accept her whenever he wants, throw her out like garbage and than just say "come" and Imli will forget every single misdeed of his.

I too feel Vivaan's behaviour is too much,at least he can avoid insulting Imli in front of basti people.
