I know its too late but what to do...I saw yesterday's epi today only. And after watching it I just couldn't stop myself from posting something about it.

First of all...what a flawless acting by Meera in the 1st half of the episode. Girl you just NAILED it!! I repeat YOU JUST NAILED IT!!
THIS was BY FAR the most emotional scene for me from whichever episodes I have seen of Udaan. Chakor's pain and agony of not being the first priority in anyone's life was so so so well emoted by Meera that I couldn't help but cry. Believe me or not, I cried during the ENTIRE 1st half of the episode.

My favorite moment, though a sadistic one but I really loved it, when Chakor said " ek waqt thaa, jab vivaan aur tum dono Imli se pyaar karte the..karte the na? Tab..tab hum kahaan the Suraj?". I just burst out crying at this point, my heart went out for the girl who loved unconditionally but got nothing in return rather got replaced by her own sister. "Vivaan ne Imli ko humaari jagah de di" how painfully and beautifully she said it.


All the pain and hurt have made her believe that she cannot be anyone's Ms Right, that she can't be a good wife or a good daughter-in-law. I really really hope Suraj brings back that faith in her that if other sidhi-saadhi girls are gold, then she is the DIAMOND. That there is no comparison between her and the other girls or Imli because their persona can never match her's. That her desire for udaan won't ever come in between her and her LOVE.

Also a line said by Suraj touched my heart. Something like "vivaan ko lagta hei usne Imli ko paaya hei, par use nahi pata usne tumhe khoya hei". I loved this line though I don't remember it properly.


The entire scene of chakor's breakdown was enhanced by a soothing BGM. It really helped to connect more to the scene. The Sukor BGM was also nice(though I still can't remember of which song it was). All in all, a very poignant and emotional episode with brilliant performances. Today I saw Nami Di and Aradhana's post regarding why Chakor needs Suraj. Until then I agreed to it but after watching the episode I BELIEVE that YES, Chakor needs Suraj.

nice post dear,its never too late for a post as long as the next episode is aired,i myself was crying like a meniac,last night after watching chakor's emotional outburst...😭😭😭...it seemed as if,"NA JAANE KITNE DINO KA DABAA HUA DARD NIKLA HO",sometimes its just okay to cry out your heart loud...recently srk said in dear zindagi,"KHUL KAR RO NAHI PAAOGI,TOH KHUL KAR HASOGI KAISE"...VJ ka toh mention karne ki zaroorat hi nahi,as usual he killed it,first his care for chakor,then secret acknowledgement for hers,then the heroic dialogue in front of media...oh i just luv u VJ...

Good post Pari. It was a beautiful episode. Yet it gutted me to see Chakor so down.

Amazing post Pari di. Thats true that Meera's acting was fabulous. I loved the 1st half of the epi too. I dont GEt time to come to the AT and discuss but byfar it was one of the best scenes in Udaan that I have watched so far. Loved monologues of both Suraj and Chakor.

Yes VJ is brilliant in every scene...deadly combination of good looks and powerful acting.

Yes both their monologues were actually contrasting... Chakor's was a painful one while Suraj's was a soothing one. 😃 😳

So thanks a ton for the post, cause it really gave me feels. Even without watching it.

Chakor and Suraj are becoming each other's lifeline without even realising it.

And Suraj! I think he's slowly beginning to realise his love for her.

When you think about it from Chakor's POV, it's always been only injustice. I'm surprised she hasn't caved in. The 'love of her life' and her sister left no stone unturned while accusing her, it really felt like discarding her.

At that point, I was happy she chose Suraj. Even though he was evil, he had enough heart to at least see the truth. The so called good people refused to see anything.

And not believing her at all, which led them to being locked up in the godown, every thing. Even after that, she continued to help everyone.

Now, she's broken, but still thinking of Suraj. Amazing.

And Meera's acting had me on edge in the previous few episodes.

Okay I should stop ranting.

And yes...I agree...they are becoming each other's lifeline and none is ready to acknowledge it. There were several benchmark dialogues in yesterday's episode... Other than the one I have mentioned above, I loved one more which was by Suraj "jisse tum nafrat karti ho uske liye itna kuch kar rahi ho, toh jisse tum pyaar karogi uske liye tum kya kuchh nahi karogi".My feels here
