1. He never thought Imli was telling the truth - suddenly realizes there is a baby - its his and ultimately he cares for Imli - bad scenario for Sukor

2. it's not his baby - but he still cares for Imli - so goes to provide support (does not seem likely - is it for Suraj redemption - but why upset and running? - we have seen him rolling his eyes at Imli, dusting her off his clothes, closing door in her face - inconsistent)

I honestly cannot think of any other reason. If he goes running to the abortion clinic - it sounds like bad news for Sukor.

Especially since they are not slowing the Vivaan run ins with Chakor - engagement ring, flashbacks, etc.

Very annoying. I don't want to see Imli and suraj together!

or does not want her go through it not becoz he cares for her but becoz it suits him if she is preggy as chakor will remain vulnerable where imli is concerned and he will make chakor feel guilty for exposing imli and also try to drive vivaan and imli closer as he does not want his bandhua biwi being distracted by vivaan😆
