WARNING- SuKor fans stay away! 😆...U guys are not gonna like this post😆..
Since that warning has been put up, bashers cannot blame me for not warning😆...Now going by the spoilers this show is an absolutely lost cause (forget the damn trps, they never speak a thing)
I wanted to make this post a long time ago when the leads grew up. The show was ridiculous even before then with Chakor's OTT adventures in circus and stuff and adults being reduced to play toy for an 8 yr old. They never followed up on important tracks like collector saab's murder. But even then it was always watchable and the grown up Chakor and Imli were watchable too. Suraj was an absolute treat as a villain though I very well knew the guy playing Suraj is known for playing lead role I was hoping against hope. They completely lost me at Adithya and Vivaan though. The characterization of grown up adi did not contain the much needed depth his character should be given to fight against his father's murderer. Vivaan was reduced to a mere wimp at the hands of his step mom (never understood why ranjana had to marry the creep) when they had so many better options. He was made to forget Chakor when they could have shown a Vivan who was deeply introspective and angry at Chakor for not being there when he needed her the most in childhood (something along Imli's resentment). And Paras did not do a really good job at portraying Vivaan too.
Even then Suraj was the best as a villain though the old viewers were getting an over dose mainly becoz he was a mere stupid bully in childhood. Chakor was still only bearable with her usual mahanta but Imli rocked. They lost me again with the unrealistic recovery of Vivaan and the conversion of Suraj to an idiot. But I still had hopes on Vivan- Chakor angle. They were always meant to be right from childhood. How can any one forget Chakor's adventure of giving Vivan in a running car a flower or the way Vivan jumped in to fire to save chakor or the impact Chakor's fake death had on Vivan or the conversations with chanduji about each other. Though I did not like the childish romance when they grew up I still want them to be together because they are right together, at least this doesn't kill Chakor's character.
Which brings us to my point. If the spoilers are true and Chakor does end up being married to Suraj I am sure they will end up being in love too (trust me groom swap marriages never end good for the firs love- Colors guarantee😆). Other shows have tried this track and won over audience but there the second guy was always a good lovable guy not a monster. Oh please ppl dont lecture me on how Suraj is inwardly good and all that rubbish. The guy is the son of that Murderer Father. Now this is the point where you tell me that you cant judge a son from his father. Oh please from childhood Suraj idolized his father and tried to do all the dirty tricks his father did. He plucked out the tongue of a police officer for God's sake. Probably have killed many ppl or made other ppl kill for him. He has no regard for women's honour (he freakin made Imli dance mujhra and asked Chakor to kiss him if she loses a bet) He considers money above his own mother. I havent said abt Imli's pregnancy and Suraj's reaction yet. Probably becoz I think there is more to it. But if Suraj is the father it just adds to my points. And not to mention its sickeningly disgusting.A character like that in real life would never redeem😆. Even if he redeems why should he be Chakor's husband? Suraj isn't worth the soil on which Chakor stood😆.
And Vijayendra (or whatever his name is) fans...Pls I beg of you as a human being, stop idolizing ppl like Suraj...see the difference between real and reel life...the guy is hot, charming, a superb actor and stuff but the character simply sucks...pls see that ..its not socially healthy...Udaan is already on the path of promoting socially unhealthy practices ( the irony)
