Lol they need an extra guy because they're filming an eyelock scene, proper with whole fan and all. Aur usme karib 5-10 minute tak usi position mein rehna padta hai. One cannot possible expect Paras to hold Meera in his arms for that long. Hence, the extra. It's okay when it's only for a bit like when Chakor was unconscious after the accident and he had to pick her up and put her on that cart.
