Its actually not verified which means its not confirmed its him. And Plus Its TAYLOR LAUTNER , if he had twitter the famous youtube channels like clevvartv would be promoting it. But its not mentioned on any website. Also http://valebrity.com/ this website tells you if the account is real. So I searched it up and its not. And I highly doubt Taylor would say "Who wants me to follow them?" He has more class. Its probably a fake one.

My bad guys. I just found out someone hacked Mitchel Musso's account and the hacker, who is probably the same person who made the fake Taylor account, tweeted to follow the fake Taylor account. So therefore its fake. I'm sorry guys. :(
