Again, i dnt knw if this has been posted before or not and forgive if it has.
I found this pic of Emily wid her scars.

I think they should have been more realistic but anyway, this is good too!

Same here, it says in the book half of her face is covered with scars, from chin to forehead.

But, this is cool too,
