yepp, its like smeyer ripped out bits and pieces from avery vampire novel. her only authentuc idea was vampires sparkling in the sunlight, which in my opinion seems a bit cheesy. no offence to anyone

pomegranate- Soooo true that whole sparkling thing was super weird i don't even get it just stupid. I was shocked when i saw when it came out around the 1990's. Stephanie Meyer is no way Original, no matter what anyone says.

She should be sued! I know i thought it was the copy of twilight before i read the published date i thought watch Myers did was pathetic. I'm waiting for the fourth book, blood promise to be delivered! I love the books especially demetri!

my cousin is reading the series...she says it is wayy better then Twilight...but shes not into much romance so i guess thats y....but ya its really good...im goin to start reading the series soon...after im done reading City of Bones series....another good series:)

They're the same theme .. pretty much everything is the same .. but VC came first.

Nope. Vampire Diaries are way better then twilight, the main character is better, and damon is hotter. ;)
