^Hahahahah.. Stephenie always reminded me of like the new comer fan fic writers.. I mean twilight is pretty much Meyer's g-rated, delusional, fantasy.. in which people only get laid after they get married.. hot stuff meyer, hot stuff.

Thank you Stephen King, for telling it like it is. Yes (I am a very biased Harry Potter fan), but I hate how people like to defend Meyer's horrible writing (especially the usage of big words like she made it a point to use the thesaurus as many times as possible).

whats to hate....it is someones opinion and one should respect....i respect what King said....that was his opinion.....but my opinion is that Meyers is a wonderful writer.....

Also about the fact that her book was published.....books just do not get published out of of the blue.....it takes hard work and dedication.

Both Rowling and Meyers worked extremely hard writing their books....they are both great..talented and extremely wonderful writers IN THEIR on way...and that is my opinion....

Geeze i think Meyer's should feel fortunate enough that a writer like King even bothered to give her a second look...and as for what he said, I personally dont really think he meant to be rude or mean, he just stated a matter of his opinion..(why he would even bother is what boggles my mind.) what really did tick me off though was how he said that James Patterson wasnt a good writer either...what the heck !!!! what is wrong with the way Patterson writes????

I just think that people who like a writer really shouldnt matter to them what critics say...for what matters in the end is what you get out of reading the book.

same here

if the target is teen audience then why use big words every third paragraph...people don't want to carry a SM book and dictionary 24/7

what he said is actually true...I love Twilight but it is poorly wrriten....almost as if a high schooler wrote it...but Rowling is fantastic...she uses imagery and details that you just cant help but fall in love with her words...Myers is also good but she shows and doesnt tell where as JKR shows AND tells her story

Woah he said dt? suppose its quite true tho tbh.

altho harry potter books rlly did grab me once i got into it, but once i put it down, i jus culdnt pick it up again, ive tried lyk 5 times reading goblet of fire, lol (but smtyms it gets boring, & the size always put me off lol). but twilight did hv a good plot, nice genre, & it actually got me into reading weirdly enuf, i am now a book worm thnc 2 twilight (neva ever thought dt wuld happen!) 😆
