I use to watch this show till Anshuman died and then tried watching it but just couldn;t. I know that Pakhi got married to Veer and all but could somebody please tell me where is Anuja. Did they ever find out that Arayman was not her son and did she ever find her other son Deepak.

As far as I remember, Anuja found out that Aryaman wasn't her son, some other stuff probably happened, Deepak disappeared and was never mentioned again, and Anuja felt like shit. To clear her mind, she left to go on a yatra of some sort.

Sorry I can't be of more help. I kinda just forwarded through Anuja scenes as I found her annoying with the Aryaman jap. It felt illogical and forced upon for her initial positive character.
