Ronshaan - Varun's performance outshone because he internalized the character he was enacting whereas, for the most part, some others externalized their acting.
That said, Veer won hearts because he was genuine in the love, kindness, and wisdom he shared with Ayaan and Rhea. Veer was genuinely respectful in making Pakhi understand the need to sign off the divorce papers as Pakhi was caught off gaurd. Veer was genuine when he expressed his anguish to Jiji and firmly stated his resolve. Veer was genuine when he patiently and calmly took Ayaan's accusations and explained to all that the divorce.
A genuine person who acts without any selfish purposes and malice to any always touches the heart of all.
Where as Pakhi with her immature reasoning, inability to acknowledge graciously Veer's contributions to her household, and selfishly holding on to her fantasies without considering Ayaan's needs came out a complete fake.
Pakhi should be the one who should be explaining to Ayaan - but she was so self-absorbed that Veer had to do it.
The Rathores have truly successfully got Pakhi to absorb their selfish qualities!
