The blood result was not part of the voicemail I think, nor was it recorded. Anshuman's message was half recorded, so there is still a huge lie of Aaryaman not being her real son has yet to be revealed.
One thing is for sure now, Aaryaman is a manipulative person, who manipulated using emotional blackmail.
Devki has a mother's heart, she feels that Aaryaman has turned into this person that he has become because of her not being there. She feels that Aaryaman had no one to watch after him, not a father, not a mother, not a brother or sister, not friends or family.
