CVs are doing great job where they are not going towards rested formulas of Hindi shows where negative character remains vicious , plotting , scheming and sometimes with no logic . I liked Tanya ,s character from the starting as her character was open book and nothing was hidden that come out all of a sudden . She was in love with Anshuman in her own way and he was kind of possession for her where they both were in relationship for so many years and soon to be get married .
Destiny has planned something else for both of them . Tanya did what ever she did was out of desperation and lost control . She is egoist and image conscious but did all for him in his house and like a scorned woman she took her revenge by separating the Anshuman and Pakhi .
Anshuman was changing already when Tanya was in his house and he was getting effected by Pakhi . His one mistake ,took away Pakhi from him when he realized , it was too late . Anshuman shed his ego and changed in to better human being where he did not hesitate to save Tanya . He also was feeling guilty for leading on Tanya . So goodness took over Anshuman,s heart and he knows the meaning of selflessness . Tanya also realized the goodness act where Anshuman risked his own life to save her . I liked Tanya today where she has changed . People get change in life . its not black and white , its grey . And i found the X factor in TP that they logically brought Tanya,s character and justified it .

Its not viewers fault , have been fed on negative characters , remains same . But here Tanya,s characterization was done very well . People do change in real life . Thats why i like this show where Anshuman was shown to be selfish and image conscious , but one person came in to his life and changed his perspective to look at the things and same happened with Tanya where Anshuman, s selfless motive changed her perspective .

thats why i like tumhari pakhi, as i find the characterization of everyone really close to human nature, no extra ordinary over the top out of lohic characters and situations.

Loved that CVs decided made Tanya's character positive, however how they went around to doing it felt bit unrealistic and could've been executed more properly.

Tanya's character was never to blame for the reasons she did, as it was never her fault in the first place. Anshuman went out of his way to make a promise to Tanya for marriage, and had relations with her for few years. However, destiny is never planned out as it should. Destiny had planned out something totally different for him. Tanya's love did blind her in doing what she did, and it was no way right for her to do what she did. All she could have done is ask for forgiveness, and she did, and Anshuman forgave her. It's good to see her character end of a happy note, and I applaud the CVs for doing it.

CVs have never let us down with character development, and I was happy with the way how Tanya was comparing herself with the Old Tanya. The differences between them could be seen in yesterday's episode.

Anyway, bravo on the character development to the CVs, however the execution of the whole scenario felt a bit unrealistic is what I have to say out of the whole thing. Overall, pretty satifisfied. 😃

And i found the X factor in TP that they logically brought Tanya,s character and justified it .

This one sentence sums up the whole episode for me. They have never shown Tanya to be the typical vamp that is the staple of Indian TV shows and today they have logically and with great conviction closed off this character. I absolutely love this PH for their portrayal of characters which are very realistic - not completely white nor complete black but in between. Even in their flagship show DABH, they have never shown Bhabho to be only correct or Sandhya to be the correct one. They have showed each one making mistakes and reacting to changing equations and both walking to the path in the middle - That is why the show even after 3 years is ruling the roast of Indian TV. It is that confidence that when the channel extended the show to 1 yr, I was not overtly worried. Any other PH would have gone for leap/rebirth or missing track to extend the show but this PH has very logically brought in the mother track, the delhi track, and now the singapore track. Each track adds to the growth in the characters and I just hope this show gets the good numbers it deserves. Tumhaari Paakhi rocks - bas.

You said it so well. This was the first Indian soap which I actually fell in love with because of it was realistic and authentic, and mainly because it's not your typical Indian soap with your typical characters. The story is marvelous, the characters are well put together, and you actually get the feelings you'd get if you actually read the novel. The PH have not disappointed us so far, even though I felt the execution of the Tanya track was a bit unrealistic and not done properly, they nailed it with development of the characters, even Tanya's character. The PH is certainly living up to it's reputation, and I am glad they have not toyed around with the extension. The tracks they are coming up certainly fit with the story, and I am sure they'll use the extension properly. Both TP and the PH deserve the success, they have earned it.
