It would have been better now had Pakhi shared that pizza with Anshuman at least the food poisoning would affected both of them and it would have been easier for him to refute Tanya's false claims if he is given hospital report about miscarriage.

I do not think its Pizza as She might have shared with Anshuman but teasing him she did not . It should be her drink that might have been laced with something .

I think what ever your thoughts are correct that can be a track. But I think the preganancy track wont fit into tp as it is different from other show . I wish they show something else and show anshuman full trust in pakhi unshaken
