Lavanya is angry over Bua's praises of Pakhi. She says Paakhi isn't capable of being anything. Girish tries to reason with her. She goes to sleep but can't because of Naina's cries. She gets annoyed but Girish says if this was their own child, wouldn't they not be able to sleep too? She says she knows he wants children but she can't give him that, and that he talks to some other girl. She says she wanted to go through surrogacy but it was he who was against it. She asks why should she be taunted for something that isn't her fault? He says he married her because he loves her and having children is not that important for love, he makes her smile saying that she is his jaan. She holds his hand and asks whether there is another girl? He says no and they go to sleep only to listen to Naina's cry, they laugh.
In the morning, Maaji brings Anshuman breakfast outside. He asks why there were so less newspapers? She tells him that Paakhi has cut down on it for budget reasons. He gets angry and shouts at Paakhi that he doesn't like things changing. She picks up all the newspapers and asks him which one he reads? He gives out all the names and she gives them to him. She says the ones he doesn't read has been closed, after all he was the one that said wastage of resources is a waste of money.
Maaji steals some elaichi (not sure what this is!) from it's bottle. Pakhi enters the kitchen wanting to make tea. She notices that the bottle has less elaichi in it and asks what happened to the rest? Maaji denies everything. Paakhi tells the servants that she knows exactly the amount of everything in the kitchen, and that there was more elaichi here before. She says she knows there may be problems but they should tell her rather than taking things. She gives them ten minutes in which it should be brought back, it's not about the elaichi but about honesty. Ten minutes later, she sees it's been bought back and is happy. She tells the chef to cook something different and he is about to throw the food in the bin when Pakhi stops him. He says he'll put it in the fridge. Anshuman calls not to make anything as they are going on a lunch date. Paakhi is excited and asks whether he's joking. He says does he ever joke? She tells him that she'll meet him soon and tells the chef not to cook anything as she is going out with Anshuman.
Paakhi gets ready and calls Girish asking him what flowers Anshuman likes. Girish teases her asking her why? She says they are going out and it won't be nice if she goes empty-handed. He thinks what plans Anshuman is conspiring to hurt Pakhi.
There, Pakhi gives him flowers and asks who looks more beautiful, her or the flowers? He stutters but she laughs telling him to leave it. She asks him to order their food as his choices are good. He orders pasta and risotto giving clear instructions on how it should be cooked. He thinks he'll not let her win.

Really loved this episode, especially the kitchen scene. Words cannot express how sensibly Pakhi acted. Do watch it! :) Also, somehow I think Anshuman is trying to gain the upper hand with the food because he ordered I guess, western food and thinks Paakhi wouldn't like them, hence why he gave specific orders. But from my reckoning, he'll be in for a shock! ;)
