OK...as trite as the plot about servants is...The characters are somewhat funny ...I like the cook who thinks he is a DIva!!!😆

Not just funny but real too, given the nature of the owners. No offense to servants, I have loyal ones at home too but also had share of absolute greedy & disloyal ones too. DesiBox tends to paint them angels. Here there is a mixture of good and bad. They are funny but somehow scenes looked OTT compared to rest of the episodes.

On the discussion of if Anshuman will break Pakhi's heart or not, I'd say its a foregone conclusion that he will. He has already set things in motion for that, in her naivety she took him at face value, while he was withholding the biggest truth that he came there to get separated from her. Now when that truth will come, she's going to get the biggest unpleasant shock of her life, bcoz she trusts him to be a honest person. For a self respecting girl like her, this move then has been the biggest insult to her, bcoz if he had asked for it upfront in the 1st place, she would have signed the papers without blinking. She is going to leave him for sure, when she finds out.

So then why did he have to do all this? Why did he reach there just in time to stop her rishta to someone else? Why speak up and interrupt when the prospective groom was asking her about her hobbies? Why when he had the chance and was about to present the legal papers to her, did he lower it at the last moment? The same reason he keeps staring at his childhood marriage photo and the disturbance he experiences when she is shouted at. He involuntarily protects and cares for her, whether be it shooing away a fly, helping her into a car with the lehenga, wincing when she falls or running to get her out of harm's way due to fire. Some of it can be a gentleman's actions, but not all of it is. There is something binding them due her devotion n faith n wait of the past 18 years. He feels it too, bcoz even though he might have forgotten the wedding long back, he is still bound to her subconsciously. More importantly he needs exactly someone like her to calm him n manage his home, son n life ,more than he realizes. Besides I do think he finds her attractive n beautiful enough to lose his sense of time n place many a times already. But what stops him is that he is set in his ways, in his lifestyle, in his choice of life partner and is more aligned to his sister right now. All that's going to change slowly and gradually. By the end of it, when the truth comes out, her heart will break but so will his. My conclusion.

What I liked most about yesterday's episode, this chastised look he has on his face, whenever she is in the near vicinity. The last frame reminds me of a little school boy, tie, blazer n all eating his lunch decently with the teacher standing over him. He has all the makings of a good obedient husband already. Practice I guess from his last experience. 😃

[B]his current operations manager Mahji...is certainly not as trustworthy or honest as he thinks she is...so the budget is not what he believes to me...he just needs a good manager to figure it out...

Hmmm...at this rate ...I see Paakhi...ending up as his business partner...😆

Hey Sush..Another brilliant post..loved reading every bit of it 🤗..you have jotted down the high points of yesterdays episode here..There is one thing that comes in my mind here..and that is although everyone khows Anshu is doing everything against Paakhi.. that he is not supporting her..neither is he faking that he is supporting her..but how is it that i dont find him bad..In the scene where Paakhi goes to his office and asks him if he would shout at her as well..if she falters..the answer Anshu gives is so effortless..and he cant be faking it..This is the reason i am liking him more..He does not pretend much..he is very straight forward..and that is what is going to help Paakhi..as she too does not pretend..Loving the way the these two characters are presented till now..About the servants..Well i dont want to comment..they wont be able to do anything..our Anshu is here to help Paakhi out😉..hai na..

Hi Sama ji.
I think she did that like Team lead telling her team that she has this much budget for all things.. And probably also ensuring they follow that budgeting details... I found that as planning strategy ..
@Sush- nice post dear..
I was busy so could make a post on it.. Will try to combine my thoughts for thurs n fri together on sat... I can see that anshuman with this challenge and I cn guess with future attempts too is making pakhi more closer to him... All because with this task..she got to see that he trusts her enough to have this responsibility... n she is fallin more n more... n that is where twist lies in... When truth happens to come in front of pakhi...she will be really heart broken... n will definately leave Anshuman...bt her heart break can be a heart changer for Anshuman...

hi sush and all the rest of you replying here,
the reason im really liking anshie is that 'what the' look that he gives, when her answers surprise him, tie scene, turning up at office, sharing the bed scene...she really surprises him. the moment he reaches a conclusing...bang... she means something else... like the milk scene. I think that element of surprise will be something he will start to expect. then he will start to look forward to it. Then when he sends her away, he will start to miss her. hes one of those guys who live in their own upper class world, who haven't met someone like paakhi ...traditional and smart, conservative and classy. infact he still thinks that he knows how to bring her down since according to him, shes from a small town and cannot manage her own here.
I don't know about the 'falling in love' part. im not in a hurry too. im wondering what his equation with his wife was. he doesn't look like a grieving widower. nor does he have those 'no one can take her place' kind of feeling.
ive personally met guys who have this kind of look on their face when I talk about something that they did not expect me too. my father and brother loved Alfred Hitchcock ang PGWodehouse, so I know quite abit of his movies. i can talk about Grace Kelly acting in 'Rear window' and Ingrid bergman in 'Notorious', about Jeeves being a gentlemans gentleman. i look traditional and now live in a small town.
anshie is so real you can almost recognise him.

hi everyone, yesterdays episode somehow was too full of servant backroom politics for me! too tedious.
some things which I liked...when Paakhi figures out how to use the smartcard key. Really showed that she is sensible and game to experiment
...when Anshus spoon was midair when Paakhi asked him what she was to him? oh the expression on his face trying to be so pokerfaced and failing miserably😆
I hope the CVs dont make the revenge of the servants any more nautanki than necessary to Anshu and Paakhis story
