answer: he wanted to give her becoz he felt that he is the only woman of her life..& the one who can be her mom's so called daughter-in -law(which she couldn't become)& he didn't give her becoz disha said to throw gargi out of house otherwise mom will not be alright & dk was against it as he thought gargi was the only person who can cure sumitra😆
