I have not heard of a marriage where the marriage dissolves automatically in 6 mos. 😉

I always thought it would be fun to have an expiration date for marriage certificates... Imagine after a couple of years, you can see if you still want your spouse or not!!😆😉

yes they still r legally married cuz they never said dat after 6 months they HAD TO!!! separate. so im my views, they still r legally married!

Wow, Vera............. Marriage certificates with a expiration date lol😉 I don't mind one of those lol😆 God! lets not give ideas to Guhas, we all know they like to please there audience..................So tomorrows news on public demand new concept marriage certi with a exp date!! lol😆😆

But on a serious note........

The law makes it very clear that in a Hindu marriage, where the ceremony includes the saptpadi, the ritual of circling the sacred fire seven times, the ceremony becomes complete and the marriage binding when the seventh round is completed. We can keep making contracts but will have to take a legal divorce to part ways or re-marry!!

Unfortunately, not everything is as clear cut in the world of Guhas! They like to drag everything to chase after those high TRPs 😉 They know that the D's are still married but they still draged that storyline cuz they knew we were sitting on the edge of our chairs.

putting sindhoor in front of god or just tying the mangalsutra doesnot make a man and woman legally wedded under hindu law

infact as per law existing in india :when 2 parties to the marriage are hindus then they have to get married as per hindu marriage rituals or go for registerd marriage but they can never get married as per christian or muslim customs,if they do so then it is no marriage

They marriage was a 6 month Contract...........But according to our buddies in India ...........this marriage contract is not legal and completely unheard of in India..............So, dont know whether these Guhas heard this crap from...........
