My take on Tumhari Disha - 7th Jun '05
My My My...Guhas have become an expert in draaaggging a sequence and using it to their full advantage !!! When I now think abt the episode I really dunno what really happened but the 30 mts of episode just went by. It ended in a crucial juncture and hopefully by 2morrow we will get to know what is the status of the shaadis.But I remember now we still have the item no performance left. So it can only mean more waiting for us viewers. uffff...
a big thanks to sree for that detailed update. But I have to mention one thing if only sree had not updated immly i wud never even remember what happened exactly !!! it all passed as a blur !! as of now I have some hopes with Inder and as Suk has fanned his jealousy further i only hope that he creates some sort of hungama but then who will do that in Dk's marriage. (Inder wud only be pleased to allow Dk's marriage to go thru without a hitch).
Ved really came across as a nice human. As predicted he does understand that Dish may still be in love with his brother. But until and unless Dish tells him how can he make assumptions himself and break away something which is close to his heart. I fully agree with him in this respect. Though DK looked nice in the sherwani he looked funny with that pagdi. Somehow it just did not gel with the look. For those of u wondering how Dk sat he had actually stretched one of his legs (me thinks that some of the ppl from Guhas camp would have mentioned our discussions on marriage here to the Guhas and the dir).In fact there was a scene where DK himself remarks to his mum that he wud look funny with the pagdi (how true !!). Ved was wearing a sehra (which covered his face).
btw I was surprised to note 2 things today
- When Suk kind of insults Dish (changing loyalties...) while speaking to dumber he keeps quite. Now if someone insults the person u love do u remain a mute spectator ?
- Yet again a dream sequence by Dk. And DK also mentions that Dish why r u present always in my imagination (dk babu this is called as love). why don't u just leave me alone(a dialogues similiar to that meaning)...and here we all r going ga ga abt Ds getting united.
PREDICTION
Whilel I am banking on Inder to stop the marriage I also think that Ved may also actually stop his marriage himself when he sees Dish crying/closing her eyes. That is my next bet (As nisu says I guess am banking almost on everyone to stop the wedding. Blame it on Guhas.) If Ved indeed does that then in my next take would go out to him. (I know all u ppl are laughing at me now). Am still not able to figure out the twist which wud stop DK-Pori marriage. How abt a past lover of Pori creating some problems there ? I think that the item no wud be performed in DK's marriage mandap.
QUESTIONS
- Will the Guhas drag the marriage scene to thurs episode as well ?
- Now that both the couples actually sit for the marriage how can the shooting take place now ? So how can the marriage be stopped ? (if only Suhas hears me then main to gayi kaam se.)
- Will Ved be convinced that all said and done Dish's heart is only for DK ?
- What will be Inder's next step ?
- For ppl in India, among the cameo apperances whom did u like the best ? (to recollect it was Kareena, Kavita fron Sindoor and Urvashi from Sarkaar)
