IMAGES NEED UPLOADING!!!! PLZ HELP!!

ok plz help me guys ive got sum pics to put on the forum but i dnt know how 2 ive pressed that funny mountain thing inserts images and it keeps asking me wat the image url is what the hell is a url doen it mean the image link, how do i know what the image url

plz guys help it is not allowing me 2 copy and paste and so i cant copy and paste the images, i dnt know what 2 do, i mean if there was a browse button like on ur avatar then i cud get somewhere but this is just confusing plz som1 hu gets images and manages 2 upload them plz help me!!

Okay 1 more quick thing when u click on a emotion them funi faces on the left hand side y does it not cum out how it is and something like <lol> if u know what i mean!!!
