Serials depict some serious issues in life abysmally and this was shown in TD recently by DK's behaviour towards Disha. I know it is all geared around ratings but surely there should be a limit to the absurd way unjust issues are glorified. 🤢
This is not an implied criticism towards the actors as they are after all just doing a job šŸ‘ but it is definitely aimed at the backers of such shows. 😔

So what did you all think of DK's behaviour towards Disha ?
Of course, you have to read my opinions first.. šŸ˜‰

Firstly, DK had a minor disability and the underlying message being shown on the serial was - you are totally useless and a burden and should never expect to be loved by an able-bodied person! All the emotions DK showed while removing Disha from his life were totally negated once you realised he was treating her as a thing .. 😔

Secondly, kids - for DK being happy meant you had to have your own kids. You could never be happy if they weren't your own or if you didn't have any! That was a nicely delivered blow for anyone waiting to be adopted .. šŸ˜•

Lastly, DK should have been charged with at least second degree murder for the mental torture he put Disha through so she was forced to commit suicide. Nobody has any right to foist their ideas forcefully onto other people and they should be punished for it. 🤢 🤢

I know it is only a make believe world but it annoys the hell out of me when all I want to do is relax in front of the TV 😊 ... Shopping channels here I come ... šŸ˜‰ Now I'm going to be broke as well thanks to TD !! šŸ˜† šŸ˜†

Nikkiji....I agree with whatever u said...But i feel as if DK character was spoiled and made rude purposefully by these makers.... šŸ˜• There is no need to show such rudeness in main protagonist every time....They showed him carrying only negative qualities....... 😔His rudeness towards D is sometimes justified n sometimes its cruel and thanks to the writers for that..... 😔 DK making D get married to Abhi is worst thing ever happened in TD......A strong girl like D should not commit suicide for such act of DK...Killing herself reveals she is a weak girl...She should have taken the step of getting DK operated eventhough there is risk....This TD is full of loop holes.....I again say TD team is full of crack fellows who ran away from paagalkhaana....

I think Rupali want to bring 2D's kids but after Chavi said good bye to TD she decided to kill off her character, so in a way Chavi is responsible for current storyline as Rupali cant replace another for D character..... šŸ˜•

I still can not understand why Disha took poison....unless I see the episodes I will also not know why she made Abhi go through the farce of a marriage..

IF she had already divorced DK...why did she still have to listen to him and marry Abhi? I can understand DK forced her to sign divorce papers ...but the marriage ? Was that Disha's trick to make dK to get up from the wheelchair...so that he does not have the life threatening operation?

Bappa told her ...he will not be able to see you getting married ..and he will rise and shine...but then what was the need for taking poison...she could have simply pretended to faint...would have had the same effect..

I can not see the justification behind praying to Bappa one day...and comitting suicide the next day..

The whole concept of marrying off your wife to your friend just because you are disabled seems highly annoying to me...but it has been shown before in many films...so Rupu just copied the plot.

Rupu has butchered both DK and D's characters since the paralysis....Can not imagine fiery Disha giving in to DK's illogical demands...why did she beg at his feet...she should have just not signed the divorce papers...DK would not have got a divorce...what then? he would have had to go to court to get divorce.

IF it took only an emotional shock to get dK to stand up..then the whole issue of life threatening operation seems a farce...

Instead of all this Rupu should have shown some happiness in 2Ds lives before parting..

IF the whole of last two months was in preparation of exiting Disha 's character ...it could have been done in a more sensible manner.

I agree with all of u this show has turned into some kind of a circus to me. I don't know who to personally blame for all this mess wether the makers or Chavi??? As we don't know the facts behind the scenes, we don't know what has really happened between Chavi and the makers.
All I can say is these makers have not respected the viewers requests and opinions for this show.

Where as killing off Disha is concerned it was a stupid step killing her off I mean she was meant to be a strong Character who lived through thick and thin. It just doesnt make sense on how they have portrayed this serial cos hasnt Disha had worst moments in her life to commit suicide e.g when DK died, or when DK humiliated her on the wedding alter, e.g when she was accused of Inders murder when the whole family were all against her!!!!!
I kow thsi just a TV programme but it's stupid killing "Disha" off due to the way the serial was based on.

Well said Halz...a girl who lived through so much distress in the past...how can she just kill herself?

A girl who did not hesitate to hand over her criminal husband to the police...why did she give in to his illogical demands instead of arguing and standing by her own convictions...she was ready to leave DK,...ready to abort her child when she thought DK was doing criminal activities...what happened to all that strength?

only becuase dK was threatening to go for this operation?
SO,,,what? ...Disha herself had said her love saved him from three bullet wounds...so she should have trusted her love to save him from the operation also.

this is just to create shocking episodes...I see in all serials now...each episode has to end with a shocking scene and expression...
Rupali just did not know how else to create shocks ...so all this rubbish was shown....till the leap scenes were ready

Leap was bad idea. They practically killed of 'man se man ka rishta' which is supposedly the essence AND THE crux of Tumhari Disha. What are these makers trying to prove is absolutely beyond me.

But who are they trying to impress? i'm certainly not. Not with this storyline thats for sure.
