DK is angry to hear his voice again. DK and Satya have a major confrontation and a scuffle where DK manages to let Satya take away the tape with his voice. Malik pleads with DK to leave his son. Vedant and Rano take everyone's blessing. Gargi is very frustrated. DK burns the evidence that Satya had recorded. Suhas praises Disha for her good deed. Disha calls DK but DK shouts at her. Suhas asks what happened but Disha tries to cover up. Suhas understands and tells her not to get any doubts about DK. Malik is worried to get Ali out. As Vedant and Rano enter the Sehgal house, Disha makes Gargi welcome them with aarti thali. Bua has decorated Vedant Rano's room and asks Disha to do the same for her own room before DK comes. DK enters home tensed as Disha cuddles to him and tells him she is very happy. DK is tensed as he remembers Satya's threat. DK, Disha share a happy moment and Disha goes off to sleep on DK's lap. Suddenly there is clapping at the door – Satya – DK shocked.

DK is nervous to see Satya there and with him to go. Just then Disha wakes up and Satya tells her DK is a criminal. Disha looks at DK, DK looks down, Disha slaps DK. DK comes out of his flash. Rano Vedant share a sweet moment. Disha tells Vedant to join Kanaka. DK is still tensed from the dream when Disha cuddles him and calls him for breakfast. All at breakfast. Disha declares – Rano & Vedant should go for honeymoon. Bua tells her even DK and Disha should also go for their honeymoon. Disha joins the men along to office. As they get down outside the entrance there are some cops. DK is tensed. They realize there has been a theft in the office. DK relieved. PK and Johnny can handle things – lets go out for some days. DK agrees. Satya in his own thoughts. Disha comes out of shopping and as she is passing, sees a small child crossing alone. She saves him in the nick of time. Child's mother thanks her, but Disha yells at her for being irresponsible and starts referring as my child. The mother calls her crazy and goes off. Disha is numbed. As DK comes home, she hugs him and cries. DK asks her to join Kanaka. Disha hesitates and asks if she can go to old work. Next morn, as Disha comes outside office she sees headline of Ali – smuggler – arrested - Disha nervous.

Disha disturbed by the thought – DK smuggler. She reads the article and goes to Satya's cabin. Satya is talking to his mom's photo and Disha hears the last line as he says he loves Disha. Just then Satya sees Disha. Disha accuses him of framing DK as smuggler and slaps him. Inspector interrogating Ali, Ali refuses to reveal names. Satya and Disha confrontation. DK is shocked to see Ali in bruised state but Ali refuses to tell him boss' name. DK promises to get him out soon. Gargi is frustrated by Vedant's changed attitude. Malik is trying ways and means to get Ali out. Just then Satya enters and informs him about his encounter with Disha. As DK comes home, Disha asks why he did not tell her about Ali. DK gets angry and shouts at her. Disha cries and says she did not suspect him. DK is guilty. Disha runs to the bedroom – DK stays outside disturbed – split screen both tensed.

March 21, 2006

Disha is disturbed by the thoughts of being separated from DK and prays to Bappa to let DK be innocent. DK apologizes to Ali for not being able to bail him out. Ali tells him to start a new life with Disha that's why he is not revealing to him boss's name. As DK is leaving, he comes across Vasudha who requests him to get Disha to meet her once. Disha feels lonely as she hears Rano and Vedant with each other. Dk goes off to sleep with his back towards Disha. Disha is teary eyed. Gargi leaves Disha in a quandary about DK's innocence. Satya meets Disha and tells her that if she wants him to be away from this case, he will do so but please talk – just then he gets a call and leaves from there urgently. Malik smiles that with no evidence – there's no case. Satya is going crazy as to how the evidence can disappear from office. He is convinced that it has to be DK behind this. DK is happy to have Ali out of jail and he immediately calls Disha to tell her the news and he repeatedly emphasizes that Ali is innocent. Disha tells Satya to continue his investigation. Satya accepts the challenge as Disha prays to Bappa.

As DK comes home, he comes to know that Disha is not at home and he feels disappointed. Disha is praying at the temple when DK calls to ask where she is. He is relieved to know that she is at the temple and asks her to come soon. Disha decides to get DK to the temple. Satya is losing his cool over the missing evidence tape from his office. Malik destroys the evidence. Disha requests DK to come with her to the temple but he refuses. Satya is feeling dejected that someone from the office has betrayed him. Shyla tries to support him but Satya insults her as well. DK tries to make conversation with Disha but she is acting difficult and DK realizes why and agrees to go to the temple. Satya summarizes that the tape has to be with DK. As DK and Disha come out of the temple, an old fakir warns her of her greatest test, which is to come. Disha is scared. As DK and Disha enter, DK yells – it is Satya. Fakir's words reverberate in Disha's mind.

Disha and DK come home from the temple. Both are shocked to see Satya in their home. Disha remembers the fakir's words that she will have to face a very big problem in the near future. DK goes as if to attack him and asks him tumhari himmat kaise hui hamare ghar mein aane ki? Satya says I want that CD which you have stolen from my office. Disha gets angry and just packs him off from there. She tells sorry to DK on account of Satya's behavior. Satya from there goes straight to DK's office. He creates a big hungama there and is pulling out all files and folders from the cabinets. PK and Johnny are trying to stop him, but he is behaving like someone possessed. Johnny then gives him one and in return he gets two. Johnny lifts a chair to throw on Satya but by then the security come in and take him away. All the while he is shouting I am not going to leave that DK. Johnny then calls DK and tells him about the incident. DK is livid and says I am coming just now. Disha asks what happened and he tells "is Satya ko thikane laana hi padega. Mujse ab uski ye harkate bardaasht nahin hoti hai", and he goes away from there. Disha says to herself why is this Satya interfering in our lives? Why can't he let us live in peace?

Just then Shyla's phone comes to Disha. She introduces herself as Satya's friend and then tells her that Satya is very disturbed nowadays. He is just not listening to any reason from all of us. Please only you can convince him. Dish gets angry and tells her what he is doing is wrong. Why is he unnecessarily putting false charges on my husband? Shyla says he is not doing anything wrong. He is walking the path of truth, just like you. He is following in your footsteps. Here Disha is shown feeling uncomfortable and then she cuts off the phone. She is worried whether what Satya is saying is the truth?

DK comes to the office and both PK and Johnny tell him all that happened. DK asks whether he took anything from the office? They tell no usko toh yahan kuch bhi nahin mila. He then tells them to go and that he will wait for sometime in the office and that he has some important phone calls to make. He calls Ali and tells him, I am not going to leave this Satya. He has crossed all limits of decency. Today he came and searched my office. Just what does he think of himself? You better tell your boss to do something, otherwise I am going to take the matter in my own hands. Ali pacifies DK and tells please you don't do anything, I will tell boss about this. After DK cuts off the phone, Ali thinks to himself. How can I tell DK that Satya, boss ka jigar ka tukda hai.

Mallik is in his office and Satya walks in. He is restless. Mallik sees a small wound on Satya's face and is worried and comes near him and asks what is this Satya, have you fought with anybody? Does this hurt? Satya says no pa, this is nothing I am more hurt by the fact that somebody from our own office helped in the theft of the CD. And without any proof, I am being made to look like a fool in front of Disha. I will not rest until I find out who it is. Malik says why are you being so stubborn? Tommorow if anything happens to you in this fight against DK, what will I do? I don't want to lose you. Satya says nothing will happen to me.

DK is sitting in the office and is thinking, "what if tomm Disha comes to know everything. Will she forgive me? She who did not hesitate to expose her own mother, will also not accept me. I will not be able to bear Disha's hatred. Oh God, why did I do all this?" He gets up and is moving about restlessly. He thinks, I must ask her whether she has forgiven Vasudha? At that time, Disha comes from behind and touches him. He turns around and is surprised to see Disha. He asks what are you doing here so late? She tells I too want to ask you what are you doing in the office at this late hour? Why haven't you come home yet? DK then looks at his watch and sees that it is indeed very late and says oh my I didn't realize it was so late. She asks him what is it DK? Why do you look so worried? He says nothing. Then he tells Disha that he had visited Vasudha yesterday, and she was asking for you. He asks her Disha, will you not forgive her this one time and go and visit her? Disha just looks at him sadly.

Vasudha is sitting in her cell and is hopefully looking towards the door to see if Disha might come to visit her. But they show Gargi coming. She says I am really so very happy to see you in here. You just see very shortly Disha will come to know that DK is a smuggler then her life will also become one big hell. Vasudha cries and says please dont interfere in my daughter's life. Gargi just laughs and goes from there.

Satya is in the office thinking that there were 3 sets of keys to that cabinet where the CD was kept. One was with Disha, one with him and the other one...............He suddenly gets up from there and goes.

Ali and Mallik are at a cafe. Mallik says I have arranged for your passport and visa. You can safely go from here to this country and stay there for sometime. No harm will come to you. Ali says thanks boss for everything. Mallik says why do you thank me, it is my duty to see to your wellbeing. You have been faithfully working for me since so many years. Ali says you too take care boss. He says don't worry I will look after myself. And then they both drink to each other's health and welfare and clink their glasses. Ali looks up and is shocked. Satya is standing behind them. Mallik turns back and is devastated. The glass falls from his hand.

Tomm: Satya is holding a gun to his own head and is forcing his father to confess that he is the boss. He is counting 1........2........ (I hope he just shoots himself, he has done too much of interfering in the 2Ds lives).

Malik looks in shock at Satya... Satya comes forward clapping... applauding his father in playing such a fantastic deceptive game. : Disha is thoughtful in her room... Dk's words are echoing in her mind... that she should go and meet Vasudha. Satya in remorse locks himself in the room - Mallik feels repentant. Disha meets Vasudha - Dk watches Satya on TV promising to expose the kingpin behind the diamond smuggling trade- Dk is scared. Satya gets a gun and enters Mallik's office - Disha enters office and is upset to see Ali with DK. Satya fires Mallik.

Malik lunges forward towards Satya and the gun goes off with a loud BANG! Satya falls on to the floor... the bullet missing its mark. Disha asks Ali to leave the office as she has something important to discuss with Dk. Disha asks Dk is it true that you are involved with Ali in this diamond smuggling? Dk is about to say something when Pk and Johnny enter the room. Ali meets Gargi and hands over a flight ticket for Dk saying Dk and he needs to leave the country urgently as Satya is about to do some expos's today. Dk decides to confide to Disha. Ali reaches the Airport and waits for Dk to arrive. Satya exposes his father Ranjit Mallik as the kingpin of the diamond heist. Disha meets Satya and asks him why has he not named the other people responsible in the smuggling act - namely D. K. Sehgal. Satya is shocked to realize that Disha knows the truth.

Malik is being taken away by the police. Satya watches with tears in his eyes. Just then Disha comes to him and asks him, why did he expose his father alone? Why did he not take the names of his father's accomplices? Satya looks at her surprisingly and says what are you talking about? She tells I know everything. I had overheard DK and Ali talking in DK's office. Ali was telling DK let us leave the country and go. Boss will take care of everything. There is nothing to worry about. When DK asked Ali who the boss is, Ali had said as it is everything will be out tomm, you will come to know then. And Disha had entered the room just at that moment. So she is telling Satya once again, why didn't you expose DK also. He too is equally involved in all this diamond smuggling. Satya says my main intention was to expose DK itself, but then I accidently came to know that my father was the kingpin of all this, so I had to bring my father to task. And I got this inspiration from you itself Disha. You did not hesitate in exposing your mother. He then tells, DK's name will never come in this. I don't want to bring misery in your lives (after doing all the damage he is telling this now). You both must live happily. Disha says, do you really think that I can live happily with a criminal husband? He should have told me about this before. If he really loved me, he wouldn't have hidden anything from me. Satya just looks at her. He then asks her what will she do now? She says she has decided what to do and leaves from there.

Here DK is thinking that he must confess everything to Disha. There is no point in hiding anything now. He is thinking that once I tell her everything, then my guilt will become less. He calls her cell, but when Disha sees it is DK's call, thinks no I will not talk to him, otherwise I will falter in my decision. She cuts the call. DK tries again and again but with no success. He then angrily throws off the cell. He is worried why is Disha so late and just then she comes. On seeing her, he is relieved. He tells her I tried calling you so many times, why did you cut my call? She just looks at him. He then tells her, I have got one important confession to make and Disha is like shocked. She never thought that DK will tell her everything.

DK once he has started telling her everything is on a roll. He tells her I know I have sinned but I did it for your sake. I didn't want you to be in any trouble during your pregnancy. You remember while we were roaming aimlessly on the streets of Bombay, it was Ali who offered me a job, which I couldn't refuse because that was our last resort. I didn't want you to suffer so I did all this. Disha is crying and crying all this while. Please, I know I am not worthy of your forgiveness, but still I ask for your forgiveness and I know you will forgive me. Tomorrow I will surrender myself to the police, but please Disha for tonight let us be together. I want to be near you, I want to be with you. On hearing DK's words, she just cannot control herself. She hugs him and he hugs her back. After sometime he realizes they are not alone. The police have come. He is shocked on seeing them. He looks at Disha and says, you brought the police? She cries again. He does not say anything but he is very sad. They take him away and Disha leans against a wall and is crying bitterly. DK just looks at her.

Tomm: Suhasini is telling Disha, you must do your duty of being DK's wife. You must help him come out from the prison. Hire the best lawyer to defend DK. Disha has come to one lawyer and he is telling this case can be handled by only one lawyer and that is..............they are showing a dilapidated house and a man in it. He has covered his face, only his eyes can be seen. I cannot make out who he is, he looks like Anuj of Indian Idol.

It is morning and Disha is still crying over what she has done. Suhas comes there with a tray of sweets, etc. to wish the 2Ds for Gudi Padwa. On seeing Disha crying her heart out, the tray falls from her hands and she runs to her. Disha hugs her and says I have done such a big mistake and she tells Suhas all that happened the night before. Suhas after listening to everything then tells her you may have done the right thing by handing over a criminal to the police, but now you have got to do your duty as a wife and you must stand by DK at all times. You have got to get him out from there. Disha is encouraged by her aai's words and promises her that she will do anything to free him. This separation is tearing at her heart and she cannot bear it anymore. Suhas says Bappa's blessings are always with you. Gargi who has been watching all this from afar is very pleased. She thinks DK deserves all that he gets.

Malik is thinking of Satya and wants to talk to him. He calls a constable and says please can I make one phone call? The constable says, oh so to whom do you want to call? some minister or some highly placed official? Malik says I want to speak to my son. The police then lets him to make a call. Satya when he realizes it is dad calling him, he gets angry and says what do you want Mr. Malik? Don't ever try to call me again. Malik feels sad but still says, Satya I am missing you, please will you not come at least once to meet me. Satya just cuts the call.

Disha has come to the police station to meet DK. First she meets with Mr. Malik. She asks him how are you sir? He says how can a father be separated from his son? She tells I am sorry for all that has happened, everything will turn out fine. Satya will surely come, (Disha is also a strange character. Malik is the leader of the gang but still he is getting her maafi so soon😕. But for Vasudha or even DK, with them she was being a trifle too hard. She really needs to set her priorities right). Malik says Satya is very disturbed and is feeling very alone now. Please Disha you have got to take care of him. Disha promises and says you don't worry Main hoon na.

From there she goes to meet DK. He also is in the same station. On seeing him, her eyes fill up and she goes near the bars. DK on seeing her comes near to her. Disha cries again and tells I am very sorry DK, please forgive me. He says no Disha, maafi toh mujhe tumse maangni chaiye, as I should have told you much before. Disha reaches out to him through the bars and hugs him. He also hugs her back. Disha promises him he will not have to stay here for long. She will hire the best lawyer in town to fight his case and very soon they will be back together again. She tells him I cannot live without you. DK just caresses her back.

When Disha comes out from the station, Satya has come there to meet his father. Seeing Disha he asks what is she doing here? (maybe he didn't know that DK is in jail). Disha tells him what all happened yesterday. She also tells him actually DK confessed everything to me before the police had come. This only proves his love for me. I will try to free him from here. Satya tells but you cannot do anything. She tells I will. She asks him do you believe in miracles? He says no. She says I do, and I am sure some miracle will save my DK and goes from there. Satya thinks to himself, Disha I hope your wish will come true.

Disha comes to that lawyer about whom she was telling to DK. She introduces herself as Mrs. D.K. Sehgal. On listening to the name, the lawyer says oh so you are his wife? I have read all about the case in the papers. Disha requests him to fight for DK. The lawyer says what is there to fight here. It is an open and shut case. DK Sehgal has no chance at all. Any lawyer will refuse to take up this case as there are no hopes of winning it. Disha is disappointed and pleads with him. He tells her don't waste money on this case. You are bound to lose it. Instead donate that money to some ashram, you are sure to at least get dua from them.

At Sehgal House all are busy with hiring a lawyer for DK. Rano is making calls, Ved is also calling and our queen Dish is also busy making calls. No lawyer is willing to take up the case of DK. Just then Johnny and Jharna also come there. They also had gone to see one lawyer. Disha asks what happened? did he agree? they reply in the negative. Gargi is watching all this (today she was only watching and commenting to herself, no participation). She is thinking aaj mere dil ko kitna sukoon mil raha hai. Yeh DK toh aasaani se mere raaste se hat gaya. Now only Disha is remaining, then everything will be mine, uff gargi you are tooooo much😉.

At Bhosale House, Azoba, Suki and Gautam are sitting out in the hall. Suhas comes from inside and she is leaving for the court, where DK's hearing is going to be held. Suhas on seeing them asks are you people going some where. Azoba says yes, we too are coming with you to the court. Suki tells tai, you made us paraya by not telling us anything. Don't we also have any right over Disha and DK. Isn't it our duty to be with them at this time? Suhas smiles and says ok then lets go and they all go.

Disha has come to pray to her Bappa. After praying while coming out, the fakir baba is there outside and on seeing her makes some more predictions. Disha says what you had said the other day has come true. My husband and I are going thru bad times now. I am in great difficulty, please help me. Listening to her, he looks up and says something. then he looks at her and says god has heard your request. He asks her what is it that she wants? She tells no lawyer in the city are willing to take up my husband's case. He tells there is this lawyer, Ajay Singh, you go to him and all will be fine. Disha thanks him and goes from there.

Outside the court, the journos have gathered and on seeing Suhas and company rush towards them and are asking what are the chances of DK coming out free. Has his wife got any lawyer to fight his case? They just go inside without answering. Then Satya comes there and these run after him and asks him about his father. He just pushes and goes inside. They then tell, disha Sehgal has not yet come, that means she has already accepted defeat and will not turn up.

Here Disha is asking for the lawyer Ajay's address. She asks a pan vendor Ajay Singh kaha rehte hai? He says kaun woh bhevda (alcoholic)? He says what work do you have with him. He starts drinking at the break of dawn and never stops. He then shows her where he is staying. She comes there and pushes open the door. This fellow is sitting with a glass of drink on the table. He rudely asks her who are you? She tells I want you to fight my husband's case and I want you to come just now. He stares at her.

Tomm: Gargi has come to meet DK and is consoling him, she will hire the best lawyer to save him. Later she is talking to a lawyer and that fellow says but we cannot win this case. She tells I don't want you to win it. Just pretend that you are fighting his case but in the end he must be punished.
