Hi
I just want to say that we dont close topics for the sake of it..We close topics that lead to chat and it goes on and on..The posted topic whould remain to the point and if it is turning into a chat rather than a discussion than we have to close it. It is hard to balance sometimes but with so many topisc posted we have to be careful. All the topics get responses that doesnt mean we keep the chat ones.
