In thursday's episode gargi goes to the police station and shows
false sympathy and concern towards dk by which heis very much
irritated, she gives him the wakalth nama and asks him to sign so
that she can keep a good advocate to release him from the jail
because she cannot see him in that sitution dk throws the papers
saying it is not required as he has already kept the best lawyer in
the city Mr Dewan who appears there and tells gargi not to worry
which she doesnot like .
While gargi is coming back on her way after meeting dk her mystry
man catches hold of her hand from one of the prisons and enquires how
many more days he has to stay there to which she says untill dk gets
punished.
When Mr Dewan is getting out of the jail Taj comes forward and
introduces gargi to him.
Mr dewan:i have already met her and dk has asked me not listen to a
single word of hers.
gargi
nly a single u shouldnot listen ,but to all.
Taj tell's the advocate that the money which i gave u was on her
behalf it is her money but not dk's.
the advocate immediately understands and says that u expect me to
fight the case in such a way that disha wins and dk gets passi(death
sentence).
Gagi tells u r very intelligent,
advocate agrees to cheat dk
Advocate shakes the hands with Gargi AND Taj that time some unknown
person clicks the photos
Next scene is in front of the court,they show disha arriving there
wearing the yellow saari(the one in the title song) at the same time
the police vans arrive in which dk is seated,
dk gets down ,disha and dk stare at each other,disha goes to him and
tells him that you are going to lose the battle and i am going to win
today in front of u a daughter is standing who is going to see that
her father murderer be punished.
suhas, ranu arrive there give moral support to disha, evil sukanya
also arrives with a false smile on her face
Next scene is inside the court, poor Dk is standing inside the
wittness box,gargi's mystry man is brought inside dk stares at
him .finally disha arrives dk and disha look at each others face
(they project the camera alternatively at their face)
the court proceedings begin they show advocates of both the parties
presenting their case ,first gargi's man is examined later disha is
called to give her statement (everything takes place in mute we are
not able come to know what said disha said in her witness).Finally
judge announces that because of lack solid evidence the court could
not arrive at any conclusion,the court has been adjourned for a day
and orders dk to be kept in the police custody(dk is shocked)
Next scene they show disha along with ranu and suhas are coming out
of the court when the media people mob them,they start questioning
disha whether she is sure that her husband dk is behind the murder
and what will happen to their business.to which ranu shouts at them
to be quite.
DK who is standing near the police van is looking at disha who goes
to him,and tells him that u have lost the battle.
dk:well what ever happens the truth is that"disha tum meri pathni thi-
hoa-aur rahogi"even if i die u will be called as my widow.
Back in dk's house disha is in her room upset and confused thinking
of the statements made by the media people especially that of dk.
she takes out her mangalsutra from a box and looks at it ,which
reminds her, of her marriage with dk(she is sad).
