han thats also true my hospital doc said me to take also .. I like milk but I m not a milk lover who drink always .. and I dont eat also morning na then they scolded me how can u be so after taking tablets u have to take .. they were even ready to fed me 😡

one time I said dont want lunch .. she said want u become model ... she made comfertable then made sure before she is leaving I finish eating 😳

I take my thyroid daily without that I cant toh do nothing ...

calcium I didnt get... got only in hospital
