Chapter-3

After 2 months

"Arre vaah!" Pallavi exclaimed, "Aaj sooraj paschim se niklaa hai kya. DM madam Aaj pehli baar rasoi se aati Hui dikh rahi hain."

Kalyani maang me sindoor lagaye aur ek baigni sari pehne Khaane ki plate lekar kitchen se aa rahi thi.

"Are vaah!" Vivek bola, "Khaane ki khushboo to bahut acchi aa rahi h." Tabhi Pallavi ne Vivek ko aankhein dikhai.

Malhar ne ek second Kalyani ko dekha, fir uthkar jaane laga.

"Khaana to khaate jaaiye Malharji," Kalyani ne Malhar se kaha.

"Meri zindagi me to zeher tum ghol hi chuki ho Kalyani," Malhar bola, "Ab mere dil ko is zeher ki aadat ho gayi h magar Mera shareer abhi bhi itne poison ka used to nahi hua h. Main bhookha mar jaunga magar tumhare haathon ka khaana nahi khaunga."

"Malharji aap apna gussa khaane par kyon nikaal rahe hain?" Kalyani mayoos hokar boli. Malhar tab tak darwaze par Jaa chuka tha. Kalyani bhaagkar uske paas gayi aur boli, "Malharji main aapko kaise yakeen dilaoon ki shaadi vale din maine Sampada ko us godown me lock nahi kiya tha.."

"Tumne lock nahi kiya tha," Malhar tez awaz me bola, fir Ghar ke baaki logon ko dekhkar aawaz neechi karke bola, "Chalo maana tumne Sampada ko lock nahi kiya tha us din jab hamari shaadi honi thi. Magar Sampada ke Naa aane par vo tumhi to thi na jisne meri bholi bhali bhabhi ko khud ye prastaav diya tha ki Rane parivar ki izzat bachane ke liye tum mujhse shaadi karne ke liye taiyyar ho. Jab Pallavi bhabhi mera rishta lekar tumhare yahaan pehle gayi thi to maine tumhe tabhi bata diya tha main Sampada se pyaar karta hoon, saalon se. Fir tumne meri baat maankar rishte ko na bhi kar di thi. Fir shaadi vale din aisa kya ho gaya tha? Kitna request Kiya tha maine ki mat karo ye shaadi. Teen zindagiyaan barbaad ho jayegi. Pallavi bhabhi ko main mana nahi kar sakta tha kyonki mere liye vo meri aai se bhi badhkar hain. Magar tumne kyon ki mujhse shaadi?"

Kalyani nazrein neeche karke sab sunti rahi. Kya kehti vo Malhar se ki usne ye shaadi kyon Kari thi?

Malhar ke jaane ke baad Kalyani ne bhi khaana nahi khaaya.

Kalyani sari plates sametkar kitchen sink me rakh hi rahi thi ki Pallavi peeche se aayi.

"Kitni baar bola hai Kalyani," Pallavi ne kaha, "Tumhare pati ke dil ka raasta mere kadmon ke neeche se jaata hai. Jab tak apni jethani ko izzat nahi dogi, aise hi thokrein khaati rahogi. Sampada to is ghar me aai bhi nahi thi, tab maine uske saath vo sab kar diya. Fir tumhe to isi ghar me rehna hai."

Pallavi vaapis jaa hi rahi thi ki Kalyani ne apne pairon se use fansaa kar gira diya. Fir Pallavi ke uthne ke liye uske saamne haath badhakar boli, "tchh...tch...Bhabhi. Dhyan se apne kadam aage badhaiyega. Kahin mujhe thokar se saavdhaan karte karte aapko khud hi thokar na lag jaye. Malharji ki gunehgaar hoon main to unka haq hai mujhse berukhi dikhaane ka. Magar aap agar ye sochti hain ki is baat ka faayda uthakar aap mujhe apne ishaaron par naachne vali kathputli bana lengi, to sapno me jeena chhor dijiye."

Bartan poore dhone ke baad Kalyani office ke liye taiyyar hone ke liye chali gayi. Aaj uski Aurangabad me ACP se meeting thi upcoming elections ke security arrangements discuss karne ke liye.

"May I come in ma'am?" Malhar came with his juniors. After discussing the arrangements for an hour, Kalyani said, "I must say I'm impressed by how you and your team has planned the arrangements, ACP Rane. Chaliye isi baat par aap sab ka aaj ka lunch meri taraf se."

Malhar seriously said, "Ma'am subah ke 10 baj rahe hain. Is time kon sa lunch hota h?"

"Iske baad hame paas ke gaanv me jo anti social elements disturbance create kar rahe hain, usko investigate karne bhi to jaana h na, ACP Rane. I don't we'll have time for a proper lunch there."

DM office ki canteen me hi packets me Swaad hotel se khaana aaya. Jaise hi khaana serve Kiya Gaya, Malhar exclaimed, "Ye to vahi Shahi paneer ki sabzi aur dal makhni hai..."Malhar stopped on seeing the barely concealed smirk in Kalyani's gaze. Malhar ne hi Kalyani ko mana kiya tha bahar especially office me kisi ko bhi unki shaadi ke baare me batane ke liye. Ab agar vo sabse kehta bhi h ki ye khaana kisi hotel votel se nahi Kalyani ne apne haathon se banaya h to sab poochenge use kaise pata? That cunning woman had beat him again.

Malhar muttered something under his breath and started eating unwillingly. And only after Malhar had begun eating, Kalyani ate something for the first time in the day.

yet Kallu had married him.. But she's unable to tell him why..

Pallavi is not such a good person as she poses in front of Malhar... He thinks her as a mother... But behind his back she seems to have played around..
