While I agree with most of what y'all said, think about Kalyani's situation: she accidentally killed a man, then found out that man was a police man.
The latest occasion where Malhar didn't believe her or punished her for something she had 0 involvement in her was when Swara died: he again refused to believe anything she said and went back to the OG version she knew, who liked tormenting her for every little mistake.
And here she's afraid she'll be thrown directly in jail, because the man killed was none other a cop and Malhar's boss' husband.... so, not a little crime, the one she's been framed for.
I think it's not that Kalyani wouldn't want to confide in her husband, but they have such a not so romantic and nice past re: such things that she's hella afraid of him reacting the same way he did when SamThu eloped and then when Swara died... jab tab aise react jabke Kallu ki tab koi galti bhi nahi thi, how do we expect her to believe he'll be all fine with her accidentally being involved in the death of his new boss? It's an obvious and normal reaction to fear that he'll blame her and possibly not want anything to do with her anymore.
Anu is more mature, she should think more wisely and give better advice, though.
For once, just once, I wish all the issues Kalma have since day 1 of their first marriage would be laid open and talked about by both openly: without doing that, they can't move forward nor can their relationship progress.
Agreed Riya... Kalyani's reservations about confiding in Malhar is totally justifiable...
But my problem here is not at all Kallu....I can never blame the girl who has had such a turbulent life... Kalyani has lost more than she has gained so whatever she does is just her survival instinct which was entirely shaped based on her traumatizing past....
Anupriya is the mother of all problems here...comes up with ideas that do more harm than good...she is stopping Kalyani from progressing..I want Anu's involvement to be less in Kalyani's life...
As for Kalma talking things through, I so want this...these two need couple's therapy for sure
