I feel like Kalyani will send Moksh to the hostel, but either Moksh will escape or at the last minute, she will change her mind. Moksh will come back to AN and agree to live as Mukku rather than Moksh. Malhar will make the connection that the boy is Mukku - Malhar was always sure Mukku was involved in a gang and Kaka will be sure that this was all the Deshmukh's plan to kill Ahir as revenge for sending Vivek to jail. But after futher investigation, I think Malhar will figure out that someone else, most likely Avni was there and she will say she will tell the truth in exchange for him marrying her. But at the last moment, Mukku will expose her and KalMa will get remarried.

There's no need for Kallu to feel guilty. She herself got injured during her fight with Ahir and Ahir did tell her that he was not interested in either Avni or the kid.. So if he had not died also he would have found another way to get out of it.

DM also has the responsibility to uphold the law and whether you are a mother or father doesn't matter.

She should have come clean about what really happened and held the strength to fight for her child.

Whoever else believes her or not, Malhar would have certainly believed her as he was not even ready to forgive Ahir at first. Only at Kallu's insistence and Avni's sad face, he forgave the guy.

Malhar would also not want his son to spend his year in a remand home. Even if the situation is against Moksh currently, he would definitely find a way out.

And now, instead of asking Malhar to fill Avni's maang with sindoor, she should be shown fighting for her own love, her rights over him since she now knows he's not married to anyone and loves only her.

Forget herself, if she doesn't want her own happiness it's her choice but she shouldn't be deciding the fate of Malhar and Moksh's relationship.

that cant be happening, legally bhi na and logically bhi nay

q ki agar fast track pe bhi case chalaya na then court ki hearing hoti hai.

process goes like:

*signing papers

*filing them in court then the court can either accept or reject the appeal.

*if accepted it sends a notice saying its accepted and they give a hearing date for which couple needs to be presented.

*then case chalta hai, phir divorce confirm ya reject hota hai.

yeh sab kab hua show main?

sirf sign karke court mein file karne se divorce nay hota.

i donno why but i feel like kalma abhi bhi wife and husband hai legally.

actual steps for divorce procedure:

Ye sab steps aam logon keliye hote hain.. CVs apne leads ke liye apni marzi se steps likhkar wahi follow karte hain.. 🤣
