The cctv footage is definitely a set up.. Ahir's part has been deleted from it. Only Moksh is seen and yes it looks as though he pushed the lever.

I feel that if Avni is the mastermind, the person who helped her is going to soon blackmail her and she'll be caught. Now that she's going to be in AN.. Maybe AnuYani will find out her truth.

I think Malhar may be drunk upset over Ahir death and won't remember the conversation next morning. He may utter things like taking revenge for Ahir's death and sending the child to correction home who killed Ahir this will scare Kalyani even more and she will send Moksh to hostel next day.

Second possibility Malhar finds out Moksh is his son for real, is super shocked and finds out about the Ahir incident as well. Kalma together decide they will prove their son innocent via the law and Kalyani sends him to the correction home next day.

I think the first possibility is more likely then the second one.
