So I think it is multiple things.

The promo is referring to the blood donation. But since AS is stupid enough to leave the board in the house, I do feel like eventually, Kalyani will discover it and understand what happened.

Anu has found this board, but since she is now against Malhar, she might keep it somewhere where she thinks Kalyani won't find it, but the opposite will happen.

Cuz 5 years dhoor rehne ke baadh and ab ithne ladne jagadne ke baadh phir se sacrifices karke dhoor rehne ke bhaare mein sochna doesn't seem like good idea to me to get TRPs

And AS baaki saare villains tho hai hi kalma ke life ko hell banane keliye agar saare kaaam avni ki karegi tho baaki villains kya karenge 😆
