About Srishti This is similar to Pavitra rishta. Manav"s younger brother Sachin died keeping his pregnant fiance Sravni behind. Titu di kisne kaha I am disappointed

Demotion is ok

One thing ips people cannot be thrown out of service like that so demotion is logical

Second ips and ias are equal in status so if Malhar was dc or acp chances high that they can avoid each other beacuse both are in equal postion both have equal powers and can take their on stand need not obey one another

No kallu will be his superior he won't have ego but he won't be able to avoid her due to personal reasons ye is supposed to obey her orders.

Here as far as I know if kalayni wants she can have him posted under her for personal duties and kalma will have to saty togather for 24*7

So demotion is logical and with a purpose
