She will think that the moment he had come across the fact that He is the legal father , he had used his power to abort the child . Feeling like he'll get off on the wrong foot with Trilok and find him suspicious. He'll be shocked when he finds out that he's the donor and murderous when he asks for Kalyani to come live with him in exchange for donating the bone marrow.

But guys I still don't think this will be another third angle. I don't think he will be interested in Kalyani romantically like Rachit. I think he will want her for some other purposes and for now he will say it is for the kid cause Kalyani is is look alike of her mother.
