Even I agree with you. I think the biggest change in the story will be KalMa KalMa themselves, not other people. I think Kalyani will hate not just Malhar but also AnuSar and she will be with AS and Pallavi.

I think Kalyani will meet this Trilok and Suhana at the hospital itself and he will offer help her find a bone marrow donor.

Cause from your Highlights, Malhar has already applied with the hospital to find a donor. But I don't think they'll be able to find one so quickly - maybe their application will get denied. I think that will be the whole issue with KalMa. Both will try to find a donor on their own.

What do you think will be Malhar's reaction to Kalyani's hatred? Will he keep trying to win back her love or will he also be just as angry?

Seems like the MU/anger between them will only be solved when Pillu finds a donor and he becomes alright.

I think tomorrow or Friday we will get the new promo beacuse upcoming track keliye I am sure they will give some dhamaka promo . I think things will be more clear from it.

SO GUYS NO LEAP I feel as trilok enter tomorrow

the next episode, the doctor tells Malhar that they have got a donor who will give marrow bone to Moksh. Malhar goes to meet the donor and reaches the boxing arena. Someone tells Malhar that the boxer who is winning is the donor. What will happen next? Will Malhar be able to save Moksh’s life?

My prediction

Trilok single dad he so probably kalama especially kallu will have to handle the kid during his operation and the rest time. So kid will develop a bond as her mom's look alike he probably. Then she may have to go there every time as a governess family will be obliged to do so beacause what he did for moksh . Then trilok may also develop something ( may be some other motive). Kalma will find themselves in a mess again
