No. AS made it look like Anupriya filed a complaint against them for shocking her with current. Asha-Ahir most likely did this because she found a clue, possibly with that tape recorder from the precap.

Kalyani tried to instigate Malhar and he didn't say anything, and she proved that he could never raise he hand against a woman. Malhar refeuses to leave until the real culprit is found. Next day, Kalyani finds the real culprit - Ahir. He also confesses. Everyone is released except for him. Malhar beats him up for it.

Oh now i get it. So ashahir tried to electrocute, AS filed fake complaint, Malhar is taking blame (not sure why!) And kallu proves that complaint is fake. I understand mallu thinks his family is amazing and loves them but why would he take fake allegations of domestic violence on himself?

Most probably baapji is using Kaka to convince malhar to release ahir . May be emotional blackmailing like how pillu is for malhar like that ahir is for baapji vagera vagera. Mostly they know that vo Kaka ka hi sunenga is vaktha.malhar is in uniform like going to ps. Just my prediction
