Seeing Bharti I am recollecting the character of Tanya (played by Rakshanda Khan) in Kyunki....Tanya was not a negative character in the truest sense, but had been a very manipulative character, I felt.
If people have watched Kyubki..., they will surely agree, how she took th adavantage of the little Bhumi to get sympathy from the family and the family forcefully got Hiten aka Karan to marry Tanya, while Nandini (Gauri Pradhan was in coma, but still alive).
She kept the sympathy for self alive, as she was showing she is marrying just to save Karan and Bhumi, she was regularly visiting Nandini in the hospital. But actually, she was only distancing Karan and Nandini. Eventually, when Nandini became ok, she had to leave.
