Over the past few weeks, many of you have become angry at how the story is progressing and have been venting your anger through various topics. However, some have also broken the rules of the forum. This is not only a reminder, but a warning to all the members of the TSPLS forum. Read the rules of the forum carefully and keep them in mind.

Comparison topics are not to be posted. There have been various topics comparing TSPLS to shows such as Kis Desh... and KZK. Please refrain from doing so as they create arguements and dispute among members.

Bashing or Abusive posts will not be tolerated. I understand that you guys are upset at some characters of the show and the story line but that does not mean you start bashing. A lot of you have been bashing Vrinda, Rajbeer and other characters because of the story. This will not be tolerated. You may critize characters but not bash them and use abusive language. Members who post topics like these will be dealt with. Also, other members who see this topics, kindly click the button instead of replying to the topic. .

I dont see why characters cannot be bashed- after all its a story. One can bash Dracula in the Dracula story - and Rajbeer in the Rajbeer story. No one is bashing the actors but surely story writers and the story can be criticised and even abused! Even Tolstoy is not exempt - so what is so sacrosanct about this lot

You dislike the plot. Fine. You dislike the characters. Fine.

But there are members who may be fans of the very same characters your are bashing and are likely to be hurt by your comments. They're likely to retaliate which can lead to a whole new set of problems.

Ravs and Shruts set up a Gussa Thread where you can call vent your frustrations so why the repeated topics bashing characters?

I hope this post doesn't irk members; just an impartial view from someone who has seen character bashing and the problems it can create in forums with member wars breaking out every other day.😊

I agree with you. You are right, there are fans of RB, VA, DB, GK, Bharti also, who tend to get hurt. I admit.

But I have a question, since it is an entertainment channel, cant we view our opinions and analyse a character. We learn the difference between right anf wrong through these social forums and by taking examples from shows like these. If we say that such and such character is very good, simply because they look very pretty, it does not make sense. If we are trying to criticise a character, we are trying to point out why we trying to call them bad, selfish. I understand using abusive language is aot permitted even when we criticise. But constructive criticism should be welcome, I suppose.

If we keep our mouth shut and keep on praising a stuff that is not worth it or even remain silent, that is a very paasive action. After all, every character that is being portrayed in a serial, bears some resemblance to the real world and shows us how to deal with situations like these.

^ Well if you're taking about appearances of a character in a negative way (i.e. so and so looks ugly), it hurts the actor and it's not like the can do anything about their appearance because that's how they look.

As for criticism and analysing characters, that is allowed but some of the topics being posted aren't criticizing but are bashing and abusive. An example of this is are posts saying:

"Vrinda should be slapped by Yug, Vrinda and Rajbeer having a kid is disgusting, it makes me wanna puke"

That is what I mean but not allowed. I understand you guys aren't too happy with some of the characters but posting stuff like that is what I mean by it being not allowed. Hope that explains it better

You are right, even I have mentioned in my previous post for this topic that we should use not use abusive language. The same feeling can be put forward in a more decent way.

Although I dont deny about comment about actor's appearance, they cant do anything about their appearance. You are right./

But this is a show business, your appearances are counted here. Like one can say Katrina is prettier than say Sukanya Kulkarni, since this is a field where your beauty and acting go hand in hand.

But the same thing if you can't say in a medical profession/ engineering profession, it does not hold good here. Because brain is more important than your beauty in these fields.

^Check the I-F COC sweety, bashing is not permitted.😊 So if bashing continues, Member Warning Levels will be raised and in the future it may also lead to a ban.
