ok so this is kinda an ff..but not really, coz it's my prediction on how yuvi might be able to unite and what the outcome wud be. And guys I'm sorry if some bits don't make sense, or in other words if it's really rubbish!
Loads of people on here predict things, and normally i don't like to really, because the good bits never seem to come true and the bad parts do. But I'm taking this risk and sharing this with you...coz i kinda need to believe, that yes ekta is making us suffer but there has to be a way around yuvi ending up together.
But don't get excited because I've imagined it, taking into account the fact that ekta is in charge of this, and knowing her she never unites a Jodi so quick and simply. So beware that there is a lot of heartache involved

Right so we start from round about where we are now (or maybe just a bit before).....vrinda has been married to ragbir...and yug has moved away to different place where he is working.
Vrinda is still missing yug and he is constantly reminiscing about her too. that new girl bharati has started work in the same office where yug works....and slowly slowly starts worming her way into being one of yug's friends.................meanwhile ragbir is hoping to make a place in vrinda's heart also.
Some time has passed...
Bharti finds out that yug is in love with someone else and becomes jealous...because she is now madly in love with yug.......she asks to see a photo of the girl that yug loves but he refuses to show her. Bharti asks him where she is, and yug explains that she is married but they will be united after 3 months, since 3 months have already elapsed. Bharti is jealous and starts filling yug's mind with paranoia about vrinda becoming unfaithfull to him...how could any woman live as a wife with her husband and not have marital relations with him, how cud she sleep in the same room, and even on the same bed and yet not sleep with him.....yug shouts at her and tells her that his this girl..the love of his life isn't like that( he has'nt even mentioned her name to Bharti yet)......but later on the same thoughts stir in his own mind. The more he dwells on this the more he begins to think that vrinda will betray him.
He contacts Neil and asks him to get a message to vrinda that he needs to see her urgently. Vrinda sends a message back saying that ragbir has planned an outing for him and her and they will be going to a certain destination in a few days..so that yug can come and meet her there.
It is the weekend and the day yug is suppose to go and meet vrinda at the destination..he is ready and just about to go when Bharti pops round and asks where he is going......yug doesn't tell her he is going to meet vrinda he just says he is going to this certain park for a day out to refresh his mind. Bharti is always on the lookout to spend as much time as possible with yug...she forces her way into yug's car and invites herself to accompany him. Yug tries to brush her off but the sweet guy he is he he gives up and lets her come along.
At the park.....yug and Bharti are walking together....while not so far away vrinda and ragbir are walking together also. Bharti is happy...and keeps trying to hold on to yug at every possible moment....and ragbir is feeling the same about vrinda.....he feels as though he has been getting a good vibe from vrinda this last month or so and secretly holds a torch for her in his heart. Meanwhile vrinda and yug are extremely nervous and anxious. Yug and Bharti turn around, because Bharti wants to feed the ducks in the pond, she is still latched onto him but as her back is turned yug looks around to see if he can spot vrinda anywhere. ...BANG...there she is. Vrinda is smiling at ragbir jokes and is also holding on to his arm. Yug sees this and burns with envy. How cud she? Had she forgotten him already, yug felt betrayed. At the same moment vrinda sees yug as well...He's looking straight at her....but he is not alone...there is someone else with him, vrinda couldn't see the face clearly, but it was a girl..and she was stuck to him like a leach. Vrinda and yug's expressions fall, and in an instant, they feel as though any hopes they had left are crushed. Both their partners are oblivious to the torment and pain they are going thru. Vrinda tells ragbir to wait for her at that spot because she needs to go to the bathroom and as yug sees vrinda fleeing he tells Bharti to wait there while he goes to get some ice cream.
Yug waits for vrinda to walk further out and become isolated, then he grabs her by the arm and the two come to a standstill. Eventually they begin talking.....but both of them are so fumigated with each other that instead of telling each other how much they have missed one another they begin arguing and insulting each other.
Yug says. That he is glad to see vrinda so happy and settled with her husband; vrinda hears this and thinks...is this why he called me here, to tell me this. Vrinda comments on how quickly yug to has moved on too, she saw that he was not alone.
Both are so angry and hurt, that neither of them deny the false accusations the other one is making.
Yug asks vrinda do you like it when he tells you a joke.....do you like it when he touches you?? Vrinda is hurt that yug cud doubt her loyalty, and tells him to shut up...when she asks him about about the girl he replies she is just a good friend, and don't try pinning it down on me that I'm being unfaithful just coz you like playing happy families with ragbir, and you want out......but vrinda thinks that is why yug wanted to meet her, to tell her that he has found new love, and now he was trying to show her that she wud be better off staying with ragbir. He was dumping her!.....after all the way the girl was sticking to him it looked so obvious that they are an item. Before they can say anything else, they hear ragbir and Bharti searching and calling for them......both leave feeling confused betrayed and hurt.
Part2
That night when both reach home they reminisce about the past and how they use to be....they realise how much the other has changed.
Vrinda sees ragbir and thinks that maybe yug doesn't love her after all and ragbir always will...in fact he does so even though he knows about her lover.
Yug thinks along similar lines..That vrinda has accepted ragbir as her husband and is happy with him....he becomes depressed and gets the vodka bottle out. A while later Bharti knocks on. And the door is opened by a very drunk yug. she comes in saying she left something behind....she knows yug is drunk but that doesn't stop her from flirting with him....yug normally discourages her or changes the topic when Bharti is in such a flirtatious mood..but today he grabs her and pulls her close...Bharti feels as though today will be the day when yug will give in and just though as she thinks she will be proved right yug whispers in her ear and tells her to get the hell away from him....she is shocked ..and then he shouts saying that when he is drunk she should stay away from him...he tells her to get out. An upset Bharti leaves.
Yug lies down, and as he does, memories flood back of the last time he was drunk in the presence of a girl.
Meanwhile vrinda is lying on her own bed.....the same bed where ragbir is laying....a sleeping ragbir's hand brushes against her back and she moves away ever so slightly. It felt like years since someone had touched her passionately. She remembered the one and only most passionate moment in her life.
Part 3
Yug and vrinda remembering '
It was a special occasion and everybody had been celebrating.....some of the guys in the village had made bhang..And after everyone had gone home yug had stolen the remaining matkas of the intoxicated eggnog to try it in secret at home. It was late..And most of the family members had gone to bed....vrinda was just finishing up some work outside when she noticed yug sneaking in with the matkas. He saw her and stopped...upon questioning he confessed what he was doing..Vrinda told him not to drink it..coz it was bad stuff....yug said...how do you know have you ever tried it..And she said no.
Yug argued with her that if she had never tried it how cud she know...after a lot of arguing yug managed to swindle vrinda into trying it. Vrinda wanted to prove him wrong so she took on his dare.
They sneaked into the shed and started to drink the milky drug. It was sweet, so they both drank quite a bit and after no time at all the two had become drunk.
emotions. Today she had let her gaurd down..and the funny thing was, she didn't even regret it. But she knew, just like yug, when to stop. He smiled at her worryingly thinking he went too far, but she gave him her assurance by smiling back. Yug knew that vrinda felt exactly the same as him. Neither regretted what had happened, but both were glad to stop things going beyond the limits. After all she was his izzat..and nobody messed with their own izzat. Did they.
After collecting themselves they walked out of the shed, hand in hand, everyone was asleep. who wud know. Yug accompanied vrinda to her room...before leaving her he kissed her cheek and said.......... i have loved you only...and will always love you only........vrinda repeated to him what he said to her..he kissed her hand and bid her goodnight. That's when vrinda realised the extent of yug's love for her...he loved her enough to not take advantage even though every inch of him was burning inside. She knew he was on fire, because she was burning with desire herself. Yug had made her realise how incredibly lucky she was.
As yug went to his bed to dream about vrinda, he went over what had happened moments before. Whether it was the eggnog or the heat of the moment, vrinda had showed him her inner emotions.....tonight yug had witnessed how passionately vrinda cared him, he had always thought that he loved vrinda more than she loved him, but tonight vrinda proved him wrong. She, the girl who is always so reserved, so calm, so cautious, tonight she proved that her love was just as strong for him, as his was for her, if not more. He was the luckiest man in the world.
Present-
Yug is lying on his bed..And an imaginary vrinda lies down next to him; she lifts up his arm and rests her head on his chest, then places his arm around her. Yug closes his eyes, but tears still spill.
Simultaneously Vrinda opens her eyes and silent tears pour out onto an imaginary yugs lap as he cresses her hair.
Both go deep into their thoughts and try to block out the past....only the present and the future matters...And they have no future with each other...Especially after what they witnessed today.
Part 4
Many Days have passed and vrinda and yug have begun to accept that their fates are not meant to be entwined together.
One day bharti's father approaches yug and proposes an offer of marriage to yug, for his only daughter....he says that his daughter is madly in love with yug and will probably end up doing something stupid if yug doesn't accept her.
Yug tells the father that he has seen himself in bharti's eyes but if you look at his you won't be able to see her. The father tells him that you will find no one who will love you and stay as faithful as Bharti.
Yug is about to say that actually there is someone until he hears the words faithful. And yug realises that maybe vrinda was his true love, but bharati will stay true to him. He accepts the proposal.
Yug tells neil about the wedding but makes him swear not to tell any other person in the family..Not even his mum.
Neil obeys his wishes...but then thinks that yug never told him not to tell vrinda..he had to tell her that yug was making this big mistake. he manages to get the message to vrinda. Vrinda says she has to see him once before he is married to see if he really is happy, or if, as neil says, he is making a mistake.
She tells ragbir she needs to go home because bebe is not well, and that her cousin will be coming to collect her.
The next day when ragbir has left for work she leaves with neil, and they go to see yug.
They arrive there just in time for the mehndi party. Vrinda goes inside a magnificent hall, where so many people are gathered. She searches for yug.
Yug is standing there quiet and depressed. People were talking to him...words were coming out of his mouth also..but to him they are meaningless, because his heart and mind are somewhere else. They are focused on only one person...The one person that wasn't there.....but wud probably remain in his heart for the rest of his life. Vrinda. . but he knew what he was doing had to be done..he had to move on..after all vrinda had too....and he could'nt just spend the rest of his life like devdaas. He didn't love Bharti......but for the moment she had enough love for the both of them, and in time he would grow accustomed to her and reciprocate her love.
Through the crowd vrinda spotted yug...even in these circumstances a smile sprung on vrinda's face....she was at his mehndi..but the sight of him brought her happiness......until reality checked in. Vrinda moved closer, she had to talk to him...as she paced, her feet suddenly froze. Yug turned to his right....the side of his face still showing, and a girl came...vrinda couldn't see the face of the girl but she was hooked on to him. Just like the girl from the park. vrinda's worst nightmare was confirmed, yug had found new love..it was that girl from the park..and he was going to marry her...as her tears fell to the ground, the earth shattered between her feet.
Vrinda's tears began to flow as she saw yug's smile. He WAS happy....he was happy and he was getting married...what the hell was she doing here??....she had broken Ragbir's trust, and risked everything and lied to him to come here and witness this. Ragbir loved her so much and she betrayed him. The way she loved yug and he had betrayed her.
Vrinda turned straight back and told neil who had been waiting outside since he wanted to give them their space while they talked, that she wanted to go home straight away. Neil asked if she had talked to yug and she relied that she did...and that she had been a fool.
On the way vrinda asked Neil that today was the mehndi...but when wud the wedding place?
In 3 days time replied Neil. Right then! Thought vrinda, she had made up her mind!
Part 5
more about her ware abouts yesterday, vrinda spoke..and the words she uttered were to change ragbir's life forever!
I know i have caused you a lot of pain, I have insulted you as a husband. On our wedding night i told you that i loved someone else. And you are probably the only man on earth who cud have tolerated that, only you were kind enough to show me mercy, and not hate me..In fact despite knowing how i felt you are always kind to me, and i know that you love me too. But i too have begun to care for you , lied vrinda to ragbir....but this deception was less to ragbir and more to herself.
I want to be a good wife, i want to fulfil all my duties..And if you will accept me, i wud like to fulfil all your wishes. I would like us to have the wedding night we never had...
Ragbir is speechless at first..and then he says..What about yug..Although he had never seen him, he knew his name and had conjured up a picture in his head how this yug looks like...something along the lines of tall, dark, and handsome.
Yug doesn't matter....i assure you..he doesn't matter..She lied some more....plz forgive me..plz just forgive me...and she fell down crying....ragbir holds her back up..and says....there is nothing to forgive..and embraces her. Ragbir's face is about to split with his smile..but vrinda silently looks on.
She is doing the right thing....she cared for ragbir no doubt..he was a good person..In fact a great, humble person....and that was enough for now....she knew that with time....if she let it.......love would grow. And In 3 nights time...it would not only be yug's wedding night.. but hers too. There was a time when she dreamt it wud be with yug...who wud have thought their wedding night wud have been together..........only not with each other. It was sadistically funny how ironic life cud be!
Part 6
The wedding day
Yug had been in his silent depression mode all day.....today wud be the first day of the rest of his life...he was trying his best to occupy his mind and not dwell on what was going to happen.
Vrinda was up extra early today....she had got everything ready for ragbir...when he awoke...he saw how vrinda was behaving..He was dazed with happiness. She actually did love him...tonight they wud become husband and wife for real..And this is how he wud spend the rest of his days with her.
Ragbir showered, got dressed and ate his extra delicious breakfast (maybe it tasted so delicious because today vrinda had made it with her love)and then he turned to leave for work.....but then stopped midway, he turned back around and saw vrinda washing the dishes.....he crept up, and gave a startled vrinda a kiss on the head. He wanted to say something....but didn't have the courage, one step at a time he told himself...One step at a time.
Besides...the next step wud be tonight any way...thinking this ragbir left for work
she did..she kept imagining yug talking the phere with that ..that girl..yug putting sindoor in her maang....yug putting the maglasutra in her neck.......yug touching her....yug holding her....yug hugging her..........she blocked the thought of the coming night..and continued to clean, she wud wipe the furniture then quickly wipe the swelling tears in her eyes, then the furniture, then the tears.
The day passed..And the night had arrived...during the day yug had wanted it to be over so soon..he wanted it over and done with......throughout the whole process, he was completing all the actions..but his body was absent minded. Absent hearted..and absent souled.
Now that the night had come..He wished that the day had been prolonged..he was dreading what was about to come.
Yug entered the bedroom. His lips quivering..His hands shaking and his palms sweating.....but this had to be done.
He went and sat down beside his bride..as he lifted the veil..For a mili-second he thought he saw vrinda's face..his mind was playing tricks again. Off course it wasn't her...it was HIS bride..it was Bharti.
She was pretty..but nothing compared to vrinda...wait.........what was he thinking...it was these kind of thoughts that he had to block out. She looked up at him..a small nervous smile on her face.
Yug held her hand in his..and began to speak.
Part 7
Ragbir was in such a happy mood......today he had been overly enthusiastic about his work..he had done it with 200% dedication. He even did some overtime...And that's why he was running late. He was just about to set off for home. When he saw a flower stand...And then he thought...why not be spontaneous..after all..tonight of all nights i shud be spontaneous.. He crossed the road and bought a whole bunch of lovely blood red roses.
Vrinda awaited patiently, ragbir was running late, today when he wud come home, things would be different. Tonight she wud put the old vrinda to sleep forever, And tomorrow when she wud awake, it wud be the new her..it wud be Ragbir's wife.
Yug went into the bathroom and splashed his face...what he had just happened, was one of the hardest things he had ever done in his life. But it had to be done.
Bharti sat outside on the bed..all flustered, she kept going over what had just happened in her head. the earth had not shook..but it had certainly broken. She loved yug so much. She knew that he did not love her..but she knew he wud. And he does care about me,..otherwise he wud not have married her she thought, and for now that was enough. This was her life. no matter what she was with yug and her fate was with him. With this thought Bharti went to sleep.
Ragbir looked at the roses..and smelt them..aahhh..The sweet smell of happiness he thought...he put his bag over his right shoulder and held the flowers in his left hand. Ouch!..Damn he thought, he had cut himself on the thorns, and managed to drop the bunch on the ground. yes every rose has a thorn..and every sweet moment is followed by a sad one. As ragbir knelt over to pick up his beloved bunch...a horn sounded out of nowhere..And as ragbir looked up..all he saw was two big flashing lights.....before it was too late.
Yug came out of the bathroom...he had been wasting his time in there on purpose..Didn't want any more confrontation, especially after what had just happened.....his plan had worked..she was fast asleep. Yug went to the other side of the bed...and lay down. Is this what vrinda had been doing?.....No...No..No..he had to get her out of his head. He had to..he knew he cud.....getting her out of his heart..Now that was a completely different matter. He tried to focus on his marriage. The commitment he had entered today. With time things would settle..and he wud be fine.
Part 8
In the early hours of the morning a worried vrinda and her in-laws are alerted of Ragbir's death. They are called to identify the body.
It is definatly him. Vrinda falls down crying and thinks that why does god go against her every wish. She might not have loved ragbir but she was 100% willing to make this marriage work..and now god had taken that away from her as well. Why does Everybody leaves her??. She really is cursed. Just as she is thinking that her sister in law starts screaming it out
You are cursed.....we all heard rumours about you..that you were abshugan..but you really are...look only 6 months after ur marriage and ur husband is dead.
Vrinda isn't horrified anymore; she has accepted her fate as being bad luck. so .why fight it.
Only days pass and there is another death in the family...ammu passes away after she cannot bear the grief of losing a son, she already had cancer, but lost the will to fight it anymore and just gave in.
With no more husband..and no mother in law to tend to..Vrinda is kicked out of the house by her brother in law and his wife and sent back to her parents.
Back in pratapgarh, vrinda is like a corpse. Everyday vrinda hears people talking about her. Family members, people who come to visit, people in the village..They all say the same thing. Poor vrinda has bad luck. But vrinda knows better, she doesn't have bad luck, she is bad luck.
Bebe has other plans.....vrinda is still young..if her husband has died....don't worry we will find someone else for her....our daughter will not stay like this forever..its not like she has any kids or anything....she can still have a good life. Vrinda overhears bebe saying this to dadaveer and thinks its time she told everyone how she felt
Part 9
vrinda sits her family down and tells them she is going away. She is not a kunwari larki any more staying at her parents' house..and she is not a wife living at her in-laws....she belongs nowhere. Dadaveer and family tell her she is wrong...and that she belongs here with them.....but vrinda refuses, she loved a guy and fate took him away from her...she married the guy that her family chose, and fate took him away from her too...vrinda had realised that she was meant to be with no one..that was her fate....so her family should stop trying to fight it and just accept it like she had. She had obeyed them and got married where they wanted her to..and she stayed with her husband. as they wanted..now... that he was no more she would make her own choices and her own way in the world, she couldn't stay here and listen to people talk about her for the rest al of her life, .vrinda had made up her mind..and in a few days she sets off.
as she leaves...a thought enters dadaveer's mind...what if it had been best to let her be with yug.....maybe vrinda wouldn't have too much grief in her life.....but before this thought could overwhelm him, dadaveer just pushes it away and buries it deep inside. He just looks on, and pray's his vrinda would find peace and solace.
The news of vrinda becoming a widow had reached the ears of vikram aditya as well. As much as he despised balwant, his heart went out for vrinda.....yug's words echoed in his mind ...........but what is vrinda's fault in all this..she has done nothing wrong, she doesn't deserve this!........for a moment va thought that he had made a grave mistake by not letting his grandson and this girl unite...but as always...va's head ruled over his heart, and the moment was lost. He told himself that whatever happened, happened for the best, but secretly in his heart..a pray went out for vrinda, that plz god take her grief away, she doesn't deserve this.
Part 10
Fate would have it that vrinda would find work in the same building where yug and his wife work, in fact she gets a small job working under yug's wife. . Yug and Bharti work in different departments so they hardly see each other during the day anyway.
Months pass..and vrinda has somewhat become accustomed to her life. She lives in a women's hostel, can't really afford her own place, especially on her salary, and She has a small job...making coffee, wiping tables..Getting photocopies (it had took her days to learn how the machine worked..She could read and write Hindi but that's all, her family never let her get a full education) and doing other small meaningless errands. She had learnt the importance of knowing English, and had managed to pick up some words along the way. To others her job may seem crap, but to her it was just what she needed, and vrinda did it with dedication. Bharti had noticed this too...and had become quite fond of vrinda....who was a simple person..she never seemed to ask for anything. Kept herself to herself, but did her work with every effort, and she always wore white or really bland clothes. in these few months, Bharti had become a sort of friend to vrinda. she would go home and
boast to her husband what a great girl this was, amazingly though, in all the times she had praised vrinda to yug she had not once mentioned her name....yug was oblivious to the fact that the very girl his wife wud talk about every day, was probably the most important person in his life.
Yug would also spend his days dedicated to his work. But every now and then he would get distracted. There was only one distraction, the only distraction that he was dying to get rid of but couldn't. His vrinda......correction......vrinda!
She wud just pop up out of nowhere.. Sometimes this imaginary vrinda wud just stand and watch him while he worked..or sit down beside him while he drank coffee, or walk past while he was having a conversation with someone, or wave at him as he was coming or going. It had become a very bad habit! When will the day come when i will no longer daydream of her he thought to himself.....but secretly he knew he wanted it to never stop either
Vrinda wud keep herself occupied all day, so she never had this problem. It was only at night..when she would be alone, that her memories would haunt her.
Part 11
One day, as yug is leaving his office to go for a lunch break, he jumps into the elevator, and the daydream session starts. The elevator doors open and a man steps in, but yug is too busy admiring his mirage. As the man is about to push the button something very strange happens.
Vrinda was meant to go for her lunch break, but one of the office girls had asked her to take some files upstairs...(.they were meant to be on sir's desk ready for him to read when he came back from lunch,) so vrinda had agreed to take them up since an emergency had arisen for that girl. She walked over to the elevator, the girl had told her that the room was 3 floors upstairs.
As vrinda stood in front of the elevator, she froze with shock. At first she thought she was imagining him, but as she looked she realised he was real. He was real and he was looking right at her, and smiling. Vrinda didn't know what to do...and she didn't know why he was smiling at her in such a fashion....he wasn't even shocked to see her! Before vrinda cud do anything, the office girl called her name, and ran up to her, hey vrinda..i forgot to tell you the room number..its 330.
.yug was daydreaming about vrinda, when the man stepped in, and then suddenly his imaginary vrinda had changed....she was wearing different clothes today. He normally imagined her wearing blue clothes..but today she was wearing white..And her hair looked different too, and come to think of it so did her face. She wasn't smiling back at him....she was just stood there staring at him as though in fear. Moments before the elevator door closed, a girl came running up to his vrinda and held her arm and was talking to her. What?????? What the hell was going on????? How could someone be talking to his imagination??? It wasn't possible..Unless he really had gone mad! Before he cud do anything, vrinda looked back at him, and mouthed a word. Yug. And the penny dropped.
OMG, he wasn't imagining...she was real.....vrinda was really there..In his office building, standing right in front of him and he didn't do anything...in fact before he cud the elevator doors had shut. Yug banged on the doors and shouted her name, but it was too late, the elevator was already moving. The other man moved back and said..Have you gone mad??? Nope..Nope i haven't, replied yug...i really haven't.
Part 12
Before vrinda realised, she had said yug's name....and as she did, she watched his expression change from a dreamy smile to shock horror. Yug was coming closer, vrinda didn't know what to do, but before he cud reach her the doors had shut and yug was taken away.
The only thought that occupied vrinda's mind was RUN!!! She didn't know where to....but she had to run.
She turned around and began to walk very briskly, she was almost out of the doors..When a hand landed on her shoulder and pulled her arm. Vrinda turned around and was speechless.
It was Bharti. Hey hunny where are you going in such a rush?? Do you wanna have lunch with me today?? Before vrinda could answer, her nightmare had come true.
As she looked down the hallway yug was coming. What cud she do??? She needed to do something quick, but it was like her body had shut down.
Yug had stopped the elevator at the next floor and had ran down the stairs as fast as he cud. Whatever happened he couldn't loose her...he had to see her.
He had made it...she was there standing right in front of the main entrance. She was staring right back at him. Yug slowed down, and walked calmly now. She wasn't leaving...she was waiting...there was someone else talking to her. Yug was unaware but a tiny smile had appeared on his face as he drew close to his target.
He was but 2 metres away from her when the girl standing next to her turned around. Yug stopped in his tracks, before he could move further; he saw his wife, and the love of his life, standing side by side right in front of him. Yug was horrified. Why were these two even together??? What had happened???
Before yug cud ask, Bharti turned and saw him. She was happy..Why was she happy?? She came up to yug and grabbed his arm.
Vrinda knew Bharti was talking to her..and she was nodding along, but her mind was focused on yug. All of a sudden Bharti had stopped her blabbering, and was walking towards yug....now she was holding onto his arm..and was giggling...what was going on???
A few excruciatingly awkward seconds later, Bharti broke the silence. Vrinda i would like you to meet my husband......and yug....this is the girl that works in my office, the one i was telling you about.
Both vrinda and yug are speechless. What could they say?? God had done it again. Just when they thought, that they were finally making their train wreck lives work,..and all they had to do was deal with it and get on....god gave them a smack in the face and said......don't even think about trying to lead a half decent life..coz all you are made for is pain and hurt!
It was unbearable.
The girl vrinda had thought as a friend..The only one who had took an interest in her, in this place, and had made an effort to spend some time with her..was none other than yug's wife.
Yug's mind was spiralling. He hadn't seen vrinda for months.....he thought all he had left of her was daydreams and memories..he would never see her again..they were worlds apart. She was happily married and he was getting there as well. He was dealing with it...he was trying to get over her. But here she was in the flesh and blood...Standing by his wife, reminding him of the harsh reality that there will only be one woman in the world for him.
Not the one he was bound to by marriage..But the one he was bound to by the strings of his heart. Vrinda..
We were just going out for lunch says Bharti to yug.
Actually..Umm i just realised, there was something i had to take care of.I'm sorry but ill have to take rain cheque replied vrinda..And she turned around and left.
Yug wanted to scream...he wanted to shout at the top of his lungs and call vrinda back...but he knew he couldn't. I have given up that right he thought to himself.

That night both of them contemplated what had happened during the day.
Vrinda was in two minds..Should she leave her workplace and find another job..But the possibilities of finding new work were very slim in this dog eat dog place.
She had to sucker it up and get on with it. She should know better by now, that life has a habit of constantly pushing her down...she should have expected something like this..It was inevitable.
No ....she wouldn't quit...that wud be showing yug that he had affected her..and she couldn't allow that. He was getting on with his life...so she had to just deal with it and get on with hers too.
Yug couldn't believe what had happened...for months his wife would come home and tell him about this lovely girl.....most of it wud go in one ear and come out the other.
He thought back and remembered what Bharti had said.
She is so sweet you know.....................poor thing........................she has lost her husband............she is always so quiet...................i feel so sorry for her......................life has dealt her a bad hand.
As yug remembered these words over and over..his eyes welled up. Vrinda was a widow........she had been for months.....and here he was thinking she was leading a happily married life.
Life has dealt her a bad hand..These words echoed in his mind................he knew more than anyone, how bad life had treated her.......he was living a miserable life and so was his vrinda. Not his vrinda..Just vrinda!!!! bad habit !
The next few days at work.....both tried there level best not to bump into each other again.
But fate had a different plan.
