Hey there all the lovely people!!
Me is back from the break/holidays... caught up on the show and it seems to be a mistake.
The whole track is unconvincing and stupidly portrayed... the actors are being wasted with garbage plot at the moment. The execution is extremely poor.
Off to Discussion.
~~~...Dard Mein Bhi Yeh Lab Muskura Jaate Hai
Beete Lamhein Hamein Jab Bhi Yaad Aate Hai...
Chand Lamhaaat Ke Waaste Hi Sahi
Muskuraakar Mili Thi Mujhe Jindagi
Teri Aaghosh Mein Din The Mere Kate
Teri Baahon Mein Thi Meri Raate Kati
Aaj Bhi Jab Woh Pal Mujhko Yaad Aate Hai
Dil Se Saare Gamon Ko Bhula Jaate Hai... ~~~
Time has changed, people have moved on in their respective course of life, yet time stands still whenever KanUm think about each other. While Kanak seems to have matured, Uma seems to have aged. The guilt gnaws at his soul and it crumbles inch by inch... the man who was straightforward and honest, now is shadowed by compromise... Uma still yearns for Kanak, their time together yet he has in his mechanical way moved on in life, he keeps away from Meera, he lives in compromise. Whether he accepts Meera or not, he is happy or not, he lives with her nonetheless - a woman in his life that he can't get rid off. Trust broken, dagger of betrayal plunged straight in the heart, and both of them living with the wound, being the victim and the attacker, a wound still fresh, which even the time couldn't cover up.
Memories come crashing down on each other like glaciers, Kanak walks in and he senses her chandan mehak, he is restless, he looks around like a rabbit cornered. While Kanak walks past him, he pushes a bunch of flowers and it lands on Kanak's neck - the garland that had tied them together at various times by Bholenath. They both look at each other, their eyes betraying their calm exterior, their eyes chink the armor they both wear of an indifferent warrior and indifferent betrayer.
While their eyes clashed and the sparks rose, the current that crackled the air brought Meera in the scene.
Meera as a character is utterly unconvincing, she posted herself in between KanUm, for she had longed for the intensity with which KanUm held each other's gaze. Meera boasts of her trophy Uma, while Kanak bears it all with enthusiasm, she replied back with wit and brains. She breaks inside yet she would never let him know that he hurt her so bad, that it made her hypocritical of her own self, she smiles outwardly yet her entire being cries in agony, - she wants to lash out and scream and stab him and his relationship with Meera but she holds her ground and herself...she smiles at her wounds which he had inflicted, her display of bravery baffles Uma... - for he can't see through the evident, he couldn't understand Kanak ever. He stands quiet, miserable at his mistake, he is apologetic but he can't express himself, he is in pain yet it's of his own choosing. The road he choose which separated him from Kanak, that made him a betrayer, he broke her heart, her life and his own. Yet he stands quiet for he claims to keep Kanak away from Meeras wrath.
Kanak returns the gift to Meera, and walks out... Meera a person who has it all yet she is greedy for more, a woman who has a compromised husband - shredding the concept of marriage...
Uma has forever been influenced by someone, when would he stand on his own two feet with a tiny brain of his own... when would the women stop controlling him. Why is everyone quiet?
