Positivity in Massisa's teachings

We know some of Massisa's teachings are correct.

Please share what are the good things she taught ...

1) To respect your elders.
2) to keep distance from women. As a doctor maybe not a very good idea but in general it's good.
3) religiousness. Piety.
4) yoga
5) eating healthy. Don't really like the garlic and onion ban though.
6) keeping discipline in life and family . Though one should not be rigid either.
7) helping people and charity.
8) this is kind of a 50/50 thingee but cell phones, computers , and tv can be really bad too.

She was all good until that tea ban came into place, I never really forgave her for that, not sure how anyone can live life without it

Here are some positive points of Maasisa's education system:
- Do not eat at any time, it avoids nibbling between meals.
- Do not lie, i admire Uma's honesty.
- Keep a promise, Uma should keep only a senseful promise, he is a man of his word, i love him for that.
- Surya namaskar and Chandra darshan, it's very healthy.
