Palomi is in the mortuary or Pathology lab. We can see Massi sa , Kanak , Uma, Ved, Gabba sa, and Aditya present there. MAssi sa is seen saying to Ved that Palomi has been killed by Uma because only he prescribed his medicines to her. She didn't take anything non Ayurvedic. And I think she also said he is only half capable as an Ayurvedic doctor. VEd arrests Uma. KAnak is seen saying " Nooo" and crying for Uma. She seems to be in bridal attire. MAybe it's their wedding day. I don't understand why Uma doesn't seem to show shock or anything. On the other side, Bhabho is shown saying this show has been going very logically in sequence ( really chuckled at that!) she says they endured a lot even before going to Ladno. They were shocked to hear what happened in Ladno and went there immediately. I hope I didn't miss or misunderstood anything.
