How can Kanak demand half of the wealth that Uma doesn't own

The CWs have been irrationaly telling us for the past few days that Massi sa owns everything then legally it's not Umas and therefore Kanak can only take from what her husband owns not Massi sa! Right friends? If someone else has an explanation please do make me understand this ridiculousness.

I know I brought this up before but I don't get it! I mean Uma only owns half of KMB so that's all he can give Kanak , right?

In hindi serial, there are another laws, rules which is quite different than existing life... Don't know 4m where kanak gets such idea to save uma's business??? I just dislike this story so I take break...

As per the recent episodes it was revealed that the property and house is all in Massi's name, but it's for all family, as there is no "tera mera in the family. Uma has kept the property in her name as some sons do - it's just he doesn't know that Massi is evil and can use this to her advantage and throw the family on the road.
Kanak is asking share from Uma's wealth because there is no tera mera, Massi is only supposed to be the keeper of it not owner.

Kanak asking for alimony is an attempt to break Massi's hold on the property - which is apparently going to break a lot of hearts and hopes ... because honestly it's UNBEARABLE !! 😡

Hi everyone

I also think Masissa is caretaker .may be uma father must have given this authority to her when uma was young but as she is only caretaker she cannot sell or transfer the property for selling or transferring property she has to sign that she leaving as caretaker as uma is now mature to take care his property and uma has only authority to sell or transfer the property.

Kanak is using this divorce trick to get back all in uma name because uma will never ask Masissa in his name until it is necessary.
