May be Maasisa is his aunt but his uncle has connection with criminals and she is supporting him from behind in her sanskari roop. Uma knows it but can't act against her because of his mother and Sandy's life and safety of the nation and Maasisa doesn't know about his high profile job.

If not for that, why will Uma, the nobel son of Maasisa, hide something from his Maasisa? How can a educated doctor act so dumb and insensitive?
