After reading the divorce agreement I'm not sure what CWs has in mind. I agree that Uma could be called crazy at beginning to marry someone just because of shiv ka sanket and following his rigid rules. So now that he's changing and a bit reformed Kanak can say that he's now well. So now that they both love each other it will be good for them to start their married life anew.

The first wife part is a bit confusing, Mansi could be right about dharam as first patni but it could also mean - before Kanak got married by force and at that time she married someone who she had no feelings for, no love whatsoever. But now that she realized her love it could be she feels she has to get married to her husband in the right manner. She's the same wife but her attitude changed. Her heart now beats for this guy so she's patni in real sense. Meaning the first wife is back. Kanak itself the first wife and that means she'll still protect her hubby from the evil.

In anyway I think Kanak is planning to let masisa n Adi believe that she agreed to divorce but in fact it's her trick. It's obviously a fake divorce agreement so maybe when Uma reads that he might not agree that's why he looked shocked. But later he'll get to know it's only to trick masisa.

Just my thoughts I can be completely wrong but just wanted to share how I felt.
