Is Uma brainless?

The same Uma in KMB track took right decisions was able to see worth of Kanak tried to save his relationship with Kanak did correct things for Shiv now other than roaming around shirtless seems to have lost his mind, why? Is it that breaking relationship with Kanak or blind faith with maasisa who has no love for Maasa or sister issue with Vansh, when do you think Uma will get back his brains, he does not even see Pauli lusting for him, why?is it ignorance or lack of intelligence or non cooperation with Kanak?

Also out of character for Uma who believed that God's sent Kanak to him to let go of her by divorce, Same Uma had vowed to be with her for seven lives!
