This girl is not Sandhya ki daughter in terms of law n order. Sandhya had her parents till adulthood. Kanak is an orphan raised in hostels n by her bros. The only family she may ve had is Uma ki family. In that household she got love from many members like Maasa, Maasi, Shiv n Saras. Even from her perspective a friend in Payal. She doesn't want to hurt these pple. She now knows Uma isn't quite the villain she thought him. On the other hand, there are differences galore btwn them. Plus logical protective pressure from her bros - the parents that raised her. Duh she is confused...n scared of making a mistake. Given her age n upbringing it's improper to place mantel of modern woman on her. Let Kanak be Kanak.. .she may fall, but will find the correct path eventually. That is what makes her Sandhya ki daughter. Her good heart not her patience or interest in law n order.Also Sandhya almost let Bhabho destroy her dreams n lost challenge after challenge to make Bhabho. So even Sandhya had moments of confusion
I agree with every word you wrote, Anjana.
She is not a perfect woman, she have done mistakes or even do more, but she is good at heart, her intentions have never been wrong. She doesn't want to hurt anybody of her closed people, and this is the reason she is confused in her decisions. Uma also is not mr. Right, he has done his own mistakes, but he is a good human being too.
Now they met, their mistakes met, the fact is they are married and, be it by love or not, their actual option is to give chance to their marriage. Divorce could happen any time later if things won't work.
