Sorry guys don't mean to sound patronizing all the time seriously I don't but tea,coffee come under stimulants meaning crosses blood brain barrier with stimulant side effects.Tea has caffeine and also theanine.The problem is they will make you alert and feel good but that makes the brain very exhausted and tired in the long run.Anyways I know they will be showing Uma and his family are backwards and Kanak will be the light in the dark so...

I don't understand y Uma has to change everyone!? Y does he hv to colour everyone in his rang!? Thoda to apna bhi rang badlo.. thoda tum bhi Kanak k rang mein rango.. he's nobody to question someone's eating habits n preferences
