Hey there all the lovely people!!
Me is back. Apologies for being MIA since Saturday. But as I am back bear with my babbling, it's nonsense.

Mirage, an illusion of having seen something but it has no existence. The feeling of helplessness that respite/help/comfort is right in front of one, yet the self control to not speak, not utter a word, drinking down ones own tears in silence, kills the person from within. Kanak was that person, she was clueless in how to handle Uma when he questioned her about the mobile, accused her of not respecting the rules, she was only saved when Massi comes and intervenes. Massi asks for the reason of her worried state, Kanak says only half truth that she is worried about the Lakshmi test. They all proceed towards the lawn for the savaan ritual, of which Kanak has no idea, she spots BnB (Bhabho and Babasa) at the gate and pulls down the veil again. Uma invited BnB to the ritual. It was a ritual for for the bahu's to remember their maiyka. BnB were right in front of Kanak when Payal taunted her I found front of everyone... Kanak couldn't speak up or give back anything to Payal. Payal has had a makeover since she has decided to be a conniving devarani to Kanak. Long gone are the dull drab colors she wore on face and body.
Kanak was silent throughout the episode, sulking under the ghunghat, helpless, unable to voice her dilemma, scrunching in agony when her hand touched Bhabho's... her one true love of life standing there, giving her shagun playing the role of her maiyka wale -- the irony which only Kanak knows, but can't tell anyone. The way the Massi ma words had a ring 'maiyka k sukh nahi' were true to some extent, earlier Kanak was unloved because she was the alleged murderer of her parents but now she has distanced herself from them intentionally, as per according to her its for their good. Kanak here is walking on tight rope.. her situation is of devil and the deep sea. Being in that situation today was the unpredictable future of Kanak. She is standing in between, her choices would lead her to a precarious cliff, and would eventually have a great fall.

I am actually confused on what to say about Uma... I don't understand his expressions, words or gestures anymore. It's more enigmatic than ever. I sometimes wonder if it's a creative glitch sometimes it seems like Uma is more than it's portrayed as of yet. He prays for Kanak's success but he isn't present with her, he not fighting with her. He just wants Kanak but maybe not the whole Kanak, just his idea of Kanak. Uma's character off lately has been changing in a blink, one moment he plays prank next moment he is upset with Kanak. Uma is not consistent. Today also he stood there, he was angry at Payal for taunting Kanak. He stepped in to ask Kanak to decide about her maiyka, then in a moment later he reminds her off the deal she made by choosing Kanak sweet shop. Although he is to be the sun of her life, Kanak is to be burned by his rays/energy, yet she is to derive power from him-- off lately Uma has been absent from this role.

And if we see it in other way it was coz of uma she met them and also got their blessings...

Him being all smiley and joking around was odd
His anger for phone was understood as it's baned in their house and he thought kanak lied again but then he changed again... Either its fault from cvs side or i didnt understood uma at all till now

Hey there Foram 🤗

Well you brought up a brilliant perspective to the whole picture.
Yes it's all because of Uma that Kanak got to see them, it's because of him that BnB were present in the ritual. But for Kanak it's all opposite, she is suffering in silence because she is trapped with her own decisions - to get back the shop and not letting anyone help her.

As for Uma as I have said he is a growing enigma. With new videos cropping up he looks all the more suspicious with such expressions.

I think he is torn between Kanak Rathi and Kanak Toshniwal. All the love and care he shows is for.his wife and the cold attitude he shows is for rathi's daughter.

Hey Blue, today I cried with K...one of episodes where the suffering was portrayed perfectly...👏.

Uma's character is showing inconsistency..agree to that...not sure of his comment abt the deal..what was the need for it..or is he asking her if she was aware of it...I was surprised when B did not reveal that it is her store...

Today was an excellent episode for me...

Comments from P were deliberate towards K...that was sensed by all...Paloumi is missing...along with Shiv...is the cast decreasing?

Uma's character that is portrayed lately has been a lot confusing for me. Sometimes he takes care of her & helps her, and sometimes it's just the opposite. He scolds her. Sometimes it looks like he has given up and other times he still wants Kanak to be his fully.
sometimes he feels for her and then there are times that I want him to see thru Kanak's appearance and try to find the inner Kanak and her feelings, he could have definitely noticed and asked her why she was so upset since the temple scene.

It was a great episode
Uma has changed ever since kanak tried to spike his jalebi. It every time they show him as hot and cold, is a person who can't relax. He has wife he want's to pass a test so they can move forward at the same time he can't trust and won't hesitate to let her go if she fails.

Then you have a wife whose her own worst enemy. Kanak has the power to stop all this unnecessary pain by just confronting and once and for all tell the truth. Kanak thinks she has everything under control but that is far from the truth, cause she wear all her emotions on her sleeve, so everyone knows when she's up to know good scheming.

So glad that hyena wasn't shown but I also had enough of bhabho can't stand that woman. UGH

Hey there Snow

That whole situation was enough to get Kanak out from everything she has been going through. Be it the lies to Uma and family and the Rathis about their shop ... but she just suffered, her lips sealed and hands folded - her helplessness was aptly portrayed.

Exactly what was the need of reminding Kanak of the shop deal... just because the shop was praised by strangers he thought it was time to remind her of her pending exams. The moment Saras questioned - it could have been anyone and Kanak lost her balance. Everything slipped from her hand and she was left empty handed.
