-- Kanak took a stand for herself, her respect her dignity. While others watched on Kanak waiting for her to drink that water. US remained in his zone. It was a good clash between them. Both of them at their pov and none giving in.

-- Payal took revenge or the karma playing its hand. It was thought provoking scene on every action has a reaction.

-- well she might have failed today in dasi dharm but she won as a woman, an equal human being. And one shouldn't accept anything and everything just because it's the way. Having the free will to choose makes up human. I really want to see how Uma and Kanak will interact now. What would break the ice. Or will they forget anything happened and just be the usual self. That remains to be seen

-- well fighting for them might mean, she was trying to live up to their expectations, but now she realizes that no matter what she does they would never appreciate her. So she should focus on getting the shop.
One thing I didn't get was, she said she has t get the shop, then what is she staying there forever or escaping again. No self thought on that. /- or it might even mean bow Kanak would stop interfering in matters of others like suman and Payal. She would stay in line and leave others to their resources.

Yeah, that bhabho character is really flawed and sometimes i wonder, who do i hate more in the show? The villains in the show or mahan bhabho herself, because she is no less than a villain herself, in all honesty. 😕

Payal got back at US at the extent of K's expense, it was bitter and Payal felt it too I think, she is not just following her mom's advice, hoping so, a big hope...lets see..she is hurt and she is lashing...when she will understand what K is doing and why then she is will be one of her biggest supporters...I always look for positives as you can tell...but only to some extent...I do not think she wants to stay back for the wealth..

Thankfully Kanak didn't go the mother way... I was so dead scared the whole episode. That Kanak might pop out of some corner and these aliens would win. So relieved that Kanak stayed put in her room.

Well I don't think Payal got back to US intentionally, Payal and mum just wanted Kanak out of the picture hence brought the picture to get the pooja going and taking credit for it. But for us audiences it seemed karma, revenge and poetic justice.
Payal might not stay for wealth but she really does get the complex that Kanak having her husband around gets more privilege, and power position in the family. Although Kanak asked for none of it, it was thwarted on her, she initially was resistant to everything then now doing the wife dharm started doing everything, Things, chores Payal Palomi did, Payal along with her mother got the idea that Kanak is taking over the entire house. It's domestic power politics.

Kanak thinks she has failed because it was still a few minutes left while they were having cleansing ritual, she disobeyed and thought that she failed. The real result is yet to be seen.

US stood true to his character. He was helpless between wife and dharm. He might be disappointed, but he should understand how fiery Kanak is by now. He should know something atleast.
