Action Reaction n Irritation

Kanak is justifiably mad at US. Two forced marriages n a stolen shop are good reasons. Then there are his Neverending rules. His actions justify her anger. But, how we react to anger is what defines the character of an individual. Kanak reacting like outta control teenager or a child. Lying, pranking, etc. This is not the type of behavior one associates with a protagonist but, rather the antagonist of a story. Hindi serial example is a Meena or plotting saas type character. It also leaves us thinking US is some abla nar hard done upon by his mean Biwi. As for the viewers it makes us irritated cuz we are expecting a mature story and getting a teenager n her warden type story.

So true and the extremes and the brinkmanship is getting tedious. If US is so set in his rules (governed by Dharma) then Kanak's outright rejection of those values it is not going to do it. And considering that she does not expect her tenure at US's to last longer, what is the point. Or is it to goad him to drive her away - guess there is some logic in that. Kanak, tells US that he would be one driving her out and not the other way. Well let us watch and see. I do agree, the cache of episodes are not doing anything to the story. In all good acting by the protagonists and Massi is all going down the drain - IMHO.

I do think that this is a deliberate move, to show Uma the victim because if they don't we'll hate him for the marriage but the story really needs to move.

Kanak being angry is justified...but its her behavior that makes me irritated on her...she lacks responsibility...not only to the in laws but also towards her own family...

Kanak's blatant disregard to whatever that is US is irritating because she lacks seriousness and constitution. She is in her own bubble, 18 days and she would leave for ever Ladno. Is it going to be this simple?? She is lying to the family getting them involved irrelevantly, getting US scolded for no reason.
Pulling pranks is one thing but just doing things her way is getting her no way. Kanak's act needs to sober up.
If she is angry at US, teach him a lesson properly, this nonsense tricks and aaj ki larki dialogues are not helping her cause.

Bhabho will directly show her the door, pehle marzi se shadi kar li phir tor di. It's not that simple, no matter the situation she got married in. She went back with her two feet, no matter the underlying motive. She is staying there with her own will, to get the papers.
It's not going to be mahaan tyag, it's outright stupidity. Bhai is policeman, but she herself is keeping up with an alleged criminal.
Kanak is not being honest with anyone, not even herself.

Do u know what I thought I was gonna enjoy tit for tat when he asked her to leave n she refused cos she said whatever is going on should be between them and not includ their families but then for the last few episodes she is starting to get his family involved and I don't like that one bit and the fight/fun that I was looking forward to is lost/gone.

Can't believe she could do what she did with US mother's bell just cos she want to go out to speak to her brother. Yes Uma did wrong for marrying her the way he did but come on messing with an helpless woman bell is JUST WRONG and she should never have done that.

Agree 100% - Involving US's paralytic mother was very inappropriate and wrong. Disgusted by that.

You might be right. This is to downplay Uma's misdeeds. But, isn't one of the key points of the story Uma's reform by Kanak? So, why don't they get us to like him...as slowly as Kanak will? What they are showing is Principal - Truant Student type oddities.
